In recent years,especially in the "13th five year plan" period,as an important construction carrier to gradually upgrade and transform China from a transportation power to a transportation power,the construction of transportation infrastructure has been increasingly concerned and valued by all parties in the society.Among them,the planning and construction of highway engineering has also been accompanied by the rapid development of China’s transportation infrastructure construction,among which,tunnel engineering as an important part of highway construction,it still occupies a large proportion of investment in highway construction.No matter from the feasibility study report,the design plan or the construction plan,the tunnel engineering plan of our country has undergone tremendous changes.Through continuous innovation and creation,the engineers of the generation after generation constantly use the advanced construction technology and management technology,etc.,to maximize the barrier of tunnel safety construction.However,China is a country with many mountains,and the total area of mountains accounts for nearly 70% of the total land area.At the same time,the tunnel project known as "Geological Museum" is also common in China.The current situation and situation of risk management in the construction stage of high-speed km tunnel project under various complex geological conditions are still very serious.Therefore,enough attention must be paid to the study of risk management in the construction stage of highway tunnel project under the complex geological conditions.This paper mainly relies on the Nanhuashan tunnel of Chongqing Liangping Zhongxian highway as the research object,and studies the risk management in the construction stage as follows:(1)By listing and introducing all kinds of shocking accidents and losses of tunnel construction in recent years,introducing the research background and significance of this subject,the paper puts forward the pain point and blind area of risk management in the construction stage of tunnel engineering,and the necessity of research on risk management of highway tunnel construction under complex geological conditions.According to the theory of risk management,this paper introduces the relevant theories and methods of tunnel construction risk identification,tunnel construction risk assessment and tunnel construction risk management and control,and introduces two methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis of tunnel construction risk applied in this paper.(2)Based on the related risk factors in the construction stage of Nanhuashan tunnel of Chongqing Liangzhong highway,and based on the basic theory of WBS-RBS,this paper identifies the risk factors of Nanhuashan tunnel of Chongqing Liangping Zhongxian highway,and analyzes the main risk factors in the construction of Nanhuashan tunnel by establishing WBS-RBS coupling matrix.(3)Based on the WBS-RBS coupling matrix,this paper qualitatively analyzes the main risk factors in the construction stage of Nanhuashan tunnel of Liangzhong Highway in Chongqing,and makes further quantitative analysis on the risk management of Nanhuashan tunnel of Liangping Zhongxian Highway in Chongqing by applying the theory and principle of Bayesian network,that is,to determine the estimation of the construction safety risk factors of Nanhuashan tunnel and to establish the Bayesian network structure evaluation model,Then,the collected data are normalized,and parameters are learned with the aid of the auxiliary tool Genie software.Then,the Bayesian network reasoning analysis of the construction safety risk of the Nanhuashan tunnel is carried out.Finally,the main risk factors of the Nanhuashan tunnel are sorted and evaluated.(4)Based on the results and sequence of risk factors determined by the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,combined with the actual situation of Nanhuashan tunnel construction,the relevant measures and Countermeasures for risk management and control of Nanhuashan tunnel construction are formulated,so as to ensure the safe and smooth construction of Nanhuashan tunnel.Meanwhile,it is also intended to be a highway tunnel Engineer under similar adverse geological conditions provides some references.
