Due to the disharmony between the level of air quality control and economic development in China,serious haze weather has repeatedly appeared in many areas,which has brought a lot of adverse effects on people's normal life and work,seriously jeopardizing people's health,and it is extremely urgent to control environmental pollution and reduce the emission of pollutants.For the cooling and heating demand of a building,the main problem to be solved is not only to meet the original building system's supply demand for cold source and heat source,but also to reduce the consumption of primary energy and reduce the pollution to the atmospheric environment.Different cold and heat source system schemes have great differences in operation mode,initial investment,operation and maintenance cost,energy consumption and pollutant emission,so we need to comprehensively evaluate and select the most appropriate cold and heat source system project scheme.Scientific and reasonable scheme of cold and heat source system project,objective analysis and evaluation of decision making is related to national saving energy and reducing consumption,blue sky,the global strategic issues of sustainable development,the optimization study of cold and heat source system project scheme,make the plan more suitable for today's new energy equipment system composition characteristics,investment and operational cost and environmental requirements,such as the feasibility of energy solutions and the local environment and social and economic development will have a profound impact.First of all,through a comprehensive analysis of the current energy situation and the principles and basis of the selection of cold and heat source system,this paper proposes the research direction of optimizing the project plan of cold and heat source system.On this basis,the evaluation index system of cold and heat source system project plan is constructed,which is mainly analyzed from four aspects:the environment,economic,technical and the social benefits.It can fully reflect the current economic and technical characteristics of cold and heat source at present,and provide a basis for in-depth research and analysis of the optimization of cold and heat source system project plans.Secondly,through the introduction and analysis of grey relational degree method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,a fuzzy evaluation model is established according to their respective characteristics.The indexes of environmental and economic criteria are evaluated quantitatively.The indicators which within the environmental and the economic conversion layer are evaluated quantitatively;and the indicators which within the technical and social benefits conversion layer are evaluated qualitatively.For the evaluation result of each index layer still has the essential fuzzy attribute characteristic,according to the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method,until the membership degree of each scheme is obtained.Finally,combined with the specific project as an example for analysis and research,the equivalent full-load running time method is used to calculate and analyze the energy consumed by each scheme.The mathematical model which established in this paper is applied to this project,By using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,combined with dynamic analysis,static analysis,with the matrix operation,the objective results are obtained and the optimal scheme is obtained.The research in this paper can provide the basis for the application of new cold and heat source systems and the optimal decision of cold and heat source systems in the future,especially for the region with similar climate and use environment,mode and demand,and provide a reference for the government's energy conservation,emission reduction and energy decision-making.
