Research On Methods Of Theme Restaurants Transformation From Old Industrial Buildings

With the constant adjustment and optimization of the urban space layout,the legacy of the old industrial buildings in the city are also more and more popularly accepted and loved by the masses in the promotion of a conservation minded society of the present.In order to explore the development of functional replacement of the old industrial buildings,we take the theme restaurant as an example to explore and study.When people see that the use of features makes the cold industrial constructions warm and vital social networking sites by changing the use of the building function,they have a new understanding and thinking on the historical value and recycling of the old industrial buildings.The process of transforming old industrial buildings into the use and study of themed restaurants does not have a set of fixed or mature design methods to guide the transformation design of such projects.Therefore,in the process of writing this paper,a large number of domestic and foreign excellent reconstruction cases were consulted,analyzed and summarized,and finally concluded.The main contents of this thesis include the following four aspects:1.The study of transformation of the old industrial buildings at home and abroad related theory,analysis depends on the transformation of old industrial building in the present situation and development trend of the theme of the restaurant.2.Analysis of the space type and characteristic of the old industrial buildings,puts forward the advantage of the transformation of the old industrial buildings and key problems of the reform.3.Choose different type transformation of old industrial building in the theme of the restaurant,the research analysis,summarized its space functional replacement and transformation methods.4.Classifying the specific way of transforming analysis and research,it is concluded that the old industrial buildings in view of the theme transformation and utilization of specific strategies.
