In our daily life,the ventilation of factories,tunnels,buildings and the drying of crops are completed by fans.In the working process of the fan,due to the high speed,it will produce large vibration and noise.In order to prevent the vibration from causing serious damage to the fan,it is necessary to detect the vibration of the fan in real time through the sensor.At present,the sensors that can effectively detect the fan vibration are strain sensor and eddy current sensor.In order to effectively combine the two sensors and protect the fan,this paper designs a modular instrument for fan vibration protection,which aims to detect the fan vibration amplitude in multiple locations in real time,reduce the probability of damage caused by vibration to the fan,and extend the fan The service life of the fan reaches the effect of fan protection.First of all,the paper gives a brief description of the background and research status of the subject,and proposes the modular instrument based on the current research of fan detection and protection system.By simultaneous interpreting the vibration of two different sensors,a strain sensor is designed to combine the strain sensor and eddy current sensor.The PWM port of SCM STM8S207 provides 1MHz square wave signal,and then provides 1MHz sine wave signal for eddy current sensor through filter amplification circuit.Because of eddy current effect,the probe of eddy current sensor can measure the position information of probe and bearing.The change of position causes the change of probe impedance of eddy current sensor.The change information is provided to SCM through filter and rectification circuit.The accurate vibration amplitude can be obtained by single chip microcomputer.The strain sensor is composed of resistance strain gauge.The vibration of the fan can cause the strain gauge to deform,thus causing the change of the resistance value of the strain gauge.Through the Wheatstone bridge,the change of the resistance value is converted into the change of the voltage.After the A / D conversion,the analog signal is captured by the singlechip STM8S207,and the specific vibration amplitude can be obtained through the processing.If the vibration amplitude obtained is larger than the preset vibration amplitude ofthe single-chip microcomputer,the single-chip microcomputer sends out alarm and trip information to stop the fan in time,which has achieved the effect of protecting the fan.It can also transmit the vibration amplitude to the upper computer through 485 communication to realize real-time detection.Innovative points of the modular instrument for fan vibration protection: 1.Combining the traditional speed sensor and eddy current sensor,the integrated sensor is designed to realize the simultaneous detection of different positions.2.Using a single-chip STM8S207 to replace the front-end of the eddy current sensor can greatly reduce the cost.3.The overall circuit is highly intelligent,and data transmission,signal capture,and intelligent control can be achieved through the controller and peripheral circuits.In the end of this paper,the modular instrument is applied to the specific fan detection to measure the specific fan vibration amplitude.The measurement results show that the instrument can effectively measure the fan vibration amplitude,and has a high anti-interference ability,and can operate stably in complex environment.Finally,the vibration amplitude measured by the instrument is compared with that measured by the standard displacement sensor,so as to ensure that the vibration amplitude measured by the instrument is ensured The rationality of vibration amplitude.
