The rapid economic growth and the acceleration of urbanization have led to the development of rail transit.Due to the complex operating conditions and extreme operating conditions of tunnel engineering vehicles,the real-time monitoring and management of lithium battery information under various operating conditions is required,so it is very important to design a set of matching tunnel engineering vehicle battery management system.This paper studied the energy storage system of tunnel engineering vehicle and analyzed the functional requirements of the battery management system of tunnel engineering vehicle.Meanwhile this paper selected the topology structure of distributed battery management system with strong expansibility and determined the overall scheme design of the battery management system of tunnel engineering vehicle.In order to estimate SOC of battery more accurately,Thevenin model is used for battery equivalence.The SOC of battery is estimated by unscented Kalman filter algorithm,and the accuracy of the algorithm is verified by MATLAB simulation.This paper designs the hardware and software of the main control board and the unit board.MC9S12XET256 is used as the main control chip,and MC9S08DZ60 with good compatibility,low power consumption and high operation rate is used as the unit board to collect the voltage and temperature in combination with LTC6803.In the aspect of software design,based on the code warrior development environment,the main control board and each functional module of the unit board are designed respectively,especially the limp mode is added to the fault management to improve the driving safety.Finally,this paper builds a battery management system test platform to test the performance and function of the battery system of the tunnel engineering vehicle,completes the single voltage acquisition test,the total voltage sampling accuracy test,the insulation resistance accuracy test,the current sampling accuracy test,the balance test,the temperature sampling accuracy test and analyzes the experimental results,and then analyzes part of the actual operation conditions,the result table The battery management of open design tunnel engineering is safe and reliable.
