With the development of high-speed and heavy-duty vehicles,the wheel-rail contact relationship becomes more complicated,and the research on the wheel-rail wear mechanism becomes more important.Just studying the law of vehicle wheel-rail wear under normal working conditions can no longer meet the actual needs.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the wheel-rail wear law and the impact on vehicle system dynamics after wear when the wheel diameter difference,wheel non-roundness,flat scar and other conditions exist.This thesis takes CRH3 high-speed vehicles as the research object,and explores the wear law and the impact on vehicle system dynamics of vehicle wheels with wheel diameter difference,wheel diameter difference and flat scar at the same time.Based on multi-rigid-body theory and wheel-rail contact force theory,three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks was used to establish CRH3 high-speed vehicles dynamics model,and multi-body dynamics software UM was used to predict specific wheel-rail wear.Track model selects wear-stabilized moving mass rail.The Archard wheel wear prediction model is selected to study the wheel wear rules under four typical wheel diameter difference conditions.It mainly analyzes the wheel wear from the aspects of wear depth distribution,wear work,unit wear work,wear work power,wear rate,and wheel-rail contact equivalent contact angle.Studies have shown that when there is a wheel diameter difference,the wear of the vehicle wheels increases and the greater the wheel diameter difference,the more severe the wheel wear.Among the four typical wheel diameter differences,the wheel wear with the equivalent reverse phase wheel diameter difference is the most serious,followed by the equivalent in-phase wheel diameter difference,and the wheel wear degree is the lightest when there is a front wheel pair wheel diameter difference.Study the wheel wear when the wheels have both flat scars and wheel diameter differences.It mainly studies the influence of wheel wear presence flat scars and equivalent in-phase wheel diameter differences,flat scars and equivalent inverse wheel diameter differences on wheel wear process.The research content is mainly from the aspects of wear depth,tread profile change under different running mileage,wheel-rail contact point distribution under different running mileage,creep rate change,etc.Studies have shown that under the conditions of running the same mileage,the wear depth of the wheel set with flat scars and wheel diameter difference is relatively larger than that of the wheel set without defects,and the wear area is wider.The existence of the flat scar and wheel diameter difference makes the wheel rail contact point pair distribution of the wheel tread and the rail surface no longer uniform,and the presence of the flat scar and wheel diameter difference will increase the creep rate.The influence of the wheel diameter difference and flat scar on the vehicle system dynamics after wheel wear is studied.Mainly explored the dynamic performance of the vehicle after the wheel tread wear under the three working conditions of the vehicle under the conditions of no wheel scar and no wheel diameter difference,flat scar 1mm equivalent in-phase wheel diameter difference,flat scar 1mm equivalent inverse wheel diameter difference,The analysis is mainly from two aspects of stability and safety.Studies have shown that the existence of wheel diameter differences and flat scars will basically not change the stability of vehicle operation,and will reduce the safety of vehicle operation.
