In recent years,with the growing demand for travel,car ownership is significantly increased,traffic congestion has become a focus of attention.Traffic congestion led to take longer trips,vehicle emissions continue to increase,exacerbated by air pollution.Many researchers and traffic management-related workers in the city during the whole planning and traffic management and control process are very concerned about the traffic situation.To create an orderly,smooth,safe,green,civilized urban road traffic environment,to transportation systems and the principles of sustainable development principles to build a high-tech combination of urban and transport development concept as the basis,give full consideration to traffic between development and environmental protection contact,effectively alleviate the traffic pressure system and the urban environment,the response to the national energy saving trend,traffic congestion can be reduced through the development of sound signal control program to reduce vehicle emissions,is achieved.In this paper,signalized intersections based on reducing vehicle emissions in the city,considered to be the intersection of lines / turn signal and main signal,based on this further explore and establish a multi-objective optimization model control signal,and based on Pareto optimal theory fast non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm and solving program for analysis.Subsequently,the collected data with VISSIM traffic simulation software to build emission calculation model,in order to ensure that the simulation model can be constructed more fit the actual situation,be it calibration calibration parameters and test results when the test does not meet the expectations,needs re-calibration inspection or re-inspection after changing test methods.After VISSIM simulation calculation model,the subsequent emission factor calculation MOVES software,the data can not be directly applied to the calculation,it is necessary to VISSIM MOVES input data and output data rate of effective conversion time to associate both.Validation exhaust emission concentration can be done by VMSim co-simulation platform that is based on the model created.When the in-depth analysis of optimized control result signal intersections can be performed in the following manner.Analysis of the original program,multi-objective optimization optimal solution and Synchro program that is comprehensive in-depth comparison.In the analysis of the original program which can be considered its multi-objective single goal;be from a different dimension in the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes.For example,the lane saturation,stop delay,exhaust emissions,green ratio and phase structure.That study,signal control optimization articles are designed to control vehicle emissions and significant delays.
