Electric motors have a very wide range of applications and can be seen everywhere in our daily life and work.The research object of this paper is brushless DC motor.Brushless DC motor(BLDCM)because of its simple structure,stable operation and good speed regulation performance.It is widely used in electric vehicles,robots,high-precision servo systems,and aerospace.Brushless DC motors not only retain the advantages of traditional motors,but also use new electronic commutation devices,which overcome the traditional brushed DC motors' high noise caused by mechanical commutators during operation,and are prone to failure during operation.defect.Although the brushless DC motor solves the problems of instability and noise when the brushed DC motor is running,it encounters new and difficult problems during the operation,such as large torque ripple and unstable speed operation.And other related issues.The traditional PID control is not ideal for controlling the torque and speed when the brushless DC motor is running.Therefore,a new method or controller is needed to control the brushless DC motor system.This article first introduces the development process of brushless DC motors,and introduces the research status of brushless DC motors at home and abroad.Then the working principle and mathematical model of the brushless DC motor and the operating characteristics of the brushless DC motor are analyzed.Several control algorithms of the brushless DC motor are introduced.The PID control and parameter setting principles of the brushless DC motor are analyzed.Secondly,in view of the factors such as the speed and torque ripple of the brushless DC motor control system,the traditional PID algorithm has problems such as slow response speed and poor dynamic performance in the actual control process.An adaptive disturbance rejection control is proposed to control the brushless DC motor.The speed of the DC motor is controlled.The mathematical model of the brushless DC motor is analyzed,and the transition process of the system is controlled by the track-differentiator.The total disturbance of the system(including internal and external disturbances)is considered as an expanded state,and the control system is formed by suppressing the disturbance through feedback compensation.Integral series,using a non-linear state error feedback controller to form a combined control rate,therebysuppressing the impact of brushless DC motors during sudden loads and sudden changes in speed.Simulation experiments verify that compared with traditional PID,the ADRC control strategy has the characteristics of fast response speed and small overshoot,which proves that the brushless DC motor ADRC adaptive control is more effective and robust.Great.Finally,based on the DSP core processor STM32F103RCT6,the hardware circuit of the brushless DC motor auto-disturbance control system was designed.Due to the lack of time and other conditions,the experimental verification could not be performed.Figure[31]table[5]ference[56]...
