As an important power component in the hydraulic transmission system,the axial plunger motor is developing towards high speed,high pressure,and large flow.An important point to achieve these goals is how to reduce friction and wear in the three friction pairs of the plunger motor.The port plate is the most critical friction pairs,it is very necessary to study its friction characteristics.This paper has proposed a new type of port plate in axial piston motor with dual-driving,its unique double-row simultaneous flow distribution structure can effectively balance the torque and improve lubrication.In order to deeply explore the friction characteristics of the port plate in the axial piston motor with dual-driving,the paper has mainly done the following work:Based on the design theory of the traditional axial plunger motor,and combined with the structural and functional characteristics of the port plate in axial piston motor with dual-driving,a new type of port plate structure is designed.The effect of oil viscosity-pressure characteristics on friction and wear during the operation of the port plate is analyzed.On this basis,the mathematical model of pressure distribution and frictional torque between port plate in full film lubrication is established,and the relationship between pressure in high pressure area,oil film thickness,sealing belt width,waist groove center angle and rotational speed and the frictional torque between port plate is studied.And the conclusion has been drawn that the oil film thickness in the port plate is between 10mm and 15mm,which can not only maintain the lubrication effectively,but also reduce the friction torque.The effect of oil viscosity-temperature characteristics on friction and wear during the operation of the port plate is analyzed.On this basis,several common viscosity-temperature characteristic equations are compared,more appropriate equations are selected and the mathematics of the parallel oil film and wedge-shaped oil film temperature are established.In the model,the relationship between factors such as cylinder speed,oil film thickness,high pressure zone pressure and cylinder inclination angle at different oil film morphologies and the friction torque between the port plate has been studied.The fluid domain model of the port plate is established,and the effects of pressure in the high-pressure area and cylinder speed on the pressure distribution and temperature are analyzed using CFD simulation software,and the pressure distribution and temperature distribution regulars have been obtained.The paper has provided a reference for the design of the port plate in the axial piston motor with dual-driving.The friction characteristics of the port plate has been analyzed under the premise of considering viscosity-pressure characteristics and viscosity-temperature characteristics of the oil.It has provided a theoretical basis for reducing the friction torque between the port plate in the axial piston motor with dual-driving.Figure[41]table[6]reference[72]... |
