| The manufacturing industry occupies a dominant position in the national economy.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,especially after the reform and opening up,the bearing-related manufacturing industry,known as the "industrial joint",has developed strongly in China.The performance of the equipment causes serious accidents.It is urgent to equip the production line of the bearing manufacturing company with a defect detection system that guarantees that the defective workpieces are detected before leaving the factory.Based on this,this topic uses the bearing ring,the basic component of the bearing,as a study.Object,using visual inspection technology,designed a visual inspection system for bearing ring appearance defects including hardware equipment,image processing and software control.After studying the bearing ring structure,common surface defects,their causes and visual characteristics,and analyzing possible points and difficulties in the design of the inspection system,this topic introduces the overall design scheme of the inspection system.Through theoretical calculations and experimental tests,the necessary equipment for imaging,such as cameras,lenses,and light sources,was selected,and the design of the spatial position of the light source and the motion control design were completed.An experimental platform was set up in the laboratory.Based on the visual characteristics and distribution of each surface defect of the bearing ring,after fully considering the various interferences that may occur to the inspection at the industrial site,by comparing different detection methods,an image based on threshold segmentation and morphological methods was designed Pre-processing algorithm,crack defect extraction algorithm based on improved Steger method and speckle defect and bump damage defect extraction algorithm based on dynamic threshold method.In order to make it easier and faster for users and machines to interact with each other’s information,Visual Studio 2012 was used to design a human-computer interaction interface based on Microsoft’s basic class library.Modular design and motion control of various functions of the human-computer interaction interface were carried out.Package design and multi-thread design of camera setting function.After testing,it is known that the visual inspection system for the appearance defect of the bearing ring constructed in this subject is simple to operate,stable and smooth,and has certain practical value.It is true that similar detection systems are applied to bearing or similar parts manufacturing enterprises,especially small and medium-sized production enterprises. |
