The continuous ground wire and its accessories are mainly used in railway signal systems.It is a cutting-edge technology product that effectively guarantees the safety of railway traffic and promotes the realization of digital intelligence of train overloading,high-speed operation and communication signal technology.The rapid development of China's rail transportation will inevitably bring a very good development space to the ground connection system.After understanding the development status and development prospects of the penetrating ground line,through a systematic comparative analysis of its preparation methods,it was finally determined to use the continuous casting composite casting process(CPC process)for preparation..In this paper,the overall structure design of the preparation system for the ground connection is first.According to the basic parameters such as the inner conductor diameter of the through-ground wire is 12 mm and the thickness of the alloy sheath is 1.5mm,after determining the structural parameters of the relevant device,the structural design of the preparation system is carried out,including the uncoiling device,the grinding device,the straightening device,and the Device,cooling device,winding device,etc.Then,design the electrical control system that runs through the ground preparation system and determine its work flow.According to the technical requirements for the preparation of the through ground and the working conditions of the preparation system,it is determined to use the relaycontactor control system.Subsequently,this paper uses the numerical simulation technology of a software to analyze the influence of billet drawing speed,cooling water flow rate and brass alloy melt inlet temperature on the internal temperature field of the crystallizer of the preparation system,and determine the better working conditions.This paper also analyzes the effect of cooling water flow rate on the internal pressure field of the crystallizer of the preparation system through the numerical simulation technology of the software.Finally,the continuous casting composite casting system was used for product preparation experiments and compared with products prepared using traditional preparation methods.In this paper,this new type of continuous ground wire preparation system designed by continuous casting composite casting process not only effectively improves the preparation efficiency,but also effectively improves the product quality to a certain extent.
