In the communication system of industrial power grid,circuit breaker plays an important role in real-time control of transmission line on-off and safety protection.Among the components of the automatic circuit breaker,the hydraulic operating mechanism is one of the core components.Its buffer performance has a great impact on the life and reliability of the circuit breaker.Therefore,the main research content of this paper is to analyze and optimize the buffer characteristics of the hydraulic operating mechanism.n this paper,550 kV universal high-voltage circuit breaker hydraulic operating mechanism is taken as the main research object,and its buffering characteristics are analyzed in depth.This paper analyzes the influence of valve control cylinder system on the buffer characteristics of operating mechanism,and probes into the buffer characteristics of various built-in buffer structures of hydraulic cylinders,especially the buffer structures of cylinder,cone,flute and step.According to the buffering characteristics of the hydraulic operating mechanism,the mathematical modeling and simulation analysis are carried out,and its structural parameters are optimized,which effectively improves the service life and working reliability of the hydraulic operating mechanism.The theoretical analysis and simulation model are of reference and guidance to the design,performance optimization and reliability improvement of the buffer device of the hydraulic operating mechanism,and have practical engineering significance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper refers to the academic literature and design data about the hydraulic operating mechanism of high-voltage circuit breaker,expounds its research background and development status at home and abroad,summarizes the practical problems that need to be solved at present,and puts forward the main research contents of this paper(2)The mathematical modeling and simulation analysis of the valve control cylinder buffer system are carried out,and the influence rules of the structural parameters of each part on the buffer characteristics are summarized.(3)Aiming at the problem of buffering and throttling of hydraulic cylinder,the buffering process is divided into three stages: local pressure loss,sharp edge throttling and slot throttling.The buffering structure and buffering movement process in various cylinders are analyzed.By establishing mathematical buffering model,its buffering characteristics are simulated and analyzed,and their buffering effects are compared,and its practical application is pointed out Occasion.(4)In this paper,the parameters of multistage step buffer structure of hydraulic operating mechanism are optimized,and a group of better step length and gap size are obtained,which can reduce the pressure peak value of the system and provide reference for the design of actual buffer structure.
