Abstract/Summary:
At present,the research of robust tolerance design in the field of contactors and other switching devices is not deep enough.In the process of product design and production,it is difficult to determine the design parameters and process parameters that have a significant impact on product robustness,so it is difficult to achieve strict control.When the factory invests a lot of cost to improve the processing technology of insensitive parameters,it will bring unnecessary waste and the product qualification rate and consistency are not guaranteed.The robust tolerance design process studied in this paper can solve this problem.For DC contactor,the process of robust tolerance design needs a lot of calculation,while the traditional finite element simulation software is very slow in calculation efficiency,it is difficult to support a lot of calculation work in the design process,and the equivalent magnetic circuit method is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the calculation results.Therefore,this paper proposes a joint calculation method of the finite element method and the equivalent magnetic circuit method.Which fundamentally supports the fast and accurate robust tolerance design of the electromagnetic mechanism of DC contactor.In this paper,the workpiece with significant influence on the suction characteristics of electromagnetic mechanism is found out by comparing the calculation results of single change of structural parameters,and then the test data is calculated to find out the parameters with great influence on the suction characteristics and re determine the center value of the robustness parameters.At the same time,it is verified that the optimization design of these parameters can improve the mean and variance of the product suction characteristics.The suction and reaction are combined to check whether the resultant force of important points meets the requirements of quality characteristics.According to the calculation results and the tolerance design principle,the tolerance of each parameter is redistributed one by one,and the processing requirements for insensitive parameters are relaxed.Finally,the simulation software is used to test the quality qualification rate and dispersion before and after the design,which verifies the effectiveness of the robust tolerance design for DC contactor electromagnetic mechanism.
