In the past blasting vibration control,mainly for the blasting vibration on the surrounding building safety,and the impact on people is rarely discussed.People are very sensitive to the response to blasting vibration,the vibration limit can withstand much less than the construction building can withstand the limit,the previous blasting construction of a major content of the complaint is the blasting earthquake flustered,shock People are going to be ill,and some do cause great shock and harm to people.Therefore,it is very important to establish the safety criterion of blasting vibration based on human body vibration comfort and control the blasting vibration hazard effect,and to guide the construction of blasting and reduce the civil disputes and litigation caused by blasting.In this paper,the safety criterion of blasting vibration based on the vibration comfort of human body is given in combination with the environmental vibration evaluation standard: Acceleration day limit 0.316-2m?s,night limit 0.5-2m?s;Speed limits in the special emphasis on comfort of the environment(such as: residential night,hospitals,etc.),blasting vibration to try to control the following,other environments can be appropriately improved,but try not to more than11.5cm s-?.At the same time,the finite element software is used to simulate the vibration of the structure by 20 m foundation pit.The calculated results are in good agreement with the measured vibration velocity at the nearest point;The results show that the vertical velocity response of the building structure is greater than the horizontal velocity,and the 20-story high-rise building structure increases with the height of the floor,and the localized magnification of the vibration velocity appears on the 1-6 floor.In the safety and comfort of the blasting vibration monitoring should be measured from the previous building outside the building,pay attention to high-rise building structure on the blasting vibration amplification effect.In the meantime,the test points should be arranged as much as possible in the area of human activitiesCombined with the engineering example,through the analysis of the blasting vibration,it is concluded that the acceptance criterion of the blasting vibration should be used as the safety criterion of the blasting vibration when the blasting construction is carried out in the complicated environment of the city.And two kinds of damping methods were tested in the field.It was found that the blasting vibration reduction rate was 15.1% ? 22.3% by using the two-stage charge.Using the method of excavating the damping groove,the reduction rate of blasting vibration is between 26.2% and35.9%.The safety of the blasting safety criteria,the blasting safety design and verification,in the hospital environment,blasting vibration safety allowable valueshould be controlled below 1.21 cm s-?,in full informed of the circumstances,the explosion of vibration hazards can generally be accepted and basically will not cause complaints;blasting vibration monitoring must be distributed in the building.
