As a renewable energy source,solar energy has the characteristics of inexhaustibility,cleanliness and environmental protection.At present,solar power generation and solar thermal utilization are the main methods of domestic solar utilization,of which solar thermal utilization occupies a dominant position in the Chinese market.Due to the gap and instability of solar energy,it is necessary to use the controller to maintain stable operation in solar thermal utilization projects.At present,the controller in the actual project has been extensively studied,but overall,the versatility,interactivity and software coupling of the existing controller still need to be further improved.Taking the commonly used solar hot water project as the application object,the engineering structure is analyzed,and the requirements of the controller are summarized.Based on the ARM and Android system,a multifunctional controller is developed.In response to the above problems,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Taking the solar water pump single water tank as an example,it summarizes the characteristics of the solar heat utilization project with complex structure and diversified forms.Based on the needs of the controller,the design scheme of the RS485 bus on the controller hardware is determined to solve the versatile problem of the project;the design scheme based on the Android system on the software to solve the problem of interactivity and software coupling.(2)Optimized design of peripheral necessary circuits,display module,RS485 / network communication modules,alarm module,power module,PCB layout and circuit wiring of the ARM main control core board,and strengthened the anti-interference protection design of key modules,To meet the reliability of the controller hardware in a complex working environment.(3)Port the monitoring software's operating platform to the controller hardware.For standard hardware such as Ethernet,the Android system source code is cut,and the hardware driver is retained.For non-standard hardware such as RS485,there is no corresponding driver in the Android source code,and the kernel layer,hardware abstraction layer,and Java local interface driver are designed separately.(4)The monitoring software adopts modular programming to design the local communication,remote communication,data storage,and interactive functions of the controller so that it meets the requirements of functional universality.The unit test of each module of the controller and the integration test of the controller system show that the function and performance of the controller meet the predetermined design requirements.The system EMS test shows that the controller can run reliably in a complex working environment.
