Research On Planning And Design Of Fruit Mulberry Agricultural Garden In Jianghuai Watershed Area

The development of traditional agriculture in the Jianghuai watershed area is not optimistic.Because of its cold resistance and drought tolerance,mulberry is suitable for planting in this area.In recent years,a number of fruit mulberry agricultural parks have been built,which are mainly fruit mulberry picking and sightseeing tourism,but the development of the park is not ideal at the present stage,and there are some problems such as single planting variety of fruit mulberry,single function and lack of garden characteristics.This paper investigates the selection,collocation and planting methods of fruit mulberry varieties in the garden.Through the case analysis of domestic fruit mulberry garden,explore the planning ideas and principles.And this will provide the direction and experience for the planning and product development of fruit mulberry agricultural garden in Jianghuai watershed area,specific research content and results as follows:1.Based on the investigation of nine main fruit mulberry varieties in Jiangh uai watershed area,the selection and collocation of varieties in Jianghuai water shed area were put forward.The main planting variety choose the varities of‘Da 10',‘Hongguo 2'and‘Zhongshen 1',which have the characteristic of early maturity,high yield,high sugar content and good taste of fresh food.And match the varieties of'Taiwanchangguo','baiyuwang','guihuami'for auxiliary planting,which have the characteristics of late maturity,moderate yield,unique taste,specific shape.Appropriate planting of‘Hongguo 2'and‘Sijiguosang'used for processing fruit mulberry juice and vinegar,because the characteristic of high yield and bad taste of fresh food.2.Through the investigation of the yield and quality of fruit mulberry under different planting conditions,the planting density of fruit mulberry in agricultural garden should be planned according to the different production and picking functions.With the quality of fruit mulberry as the guarantee,the planting density of the picking area should set to 2.0 m×4.0 m,planting 83 plants/667 m~2.The planting density of production area should set to 2.0 m×3.0 m,planting 111 plants/667 m~2.3.Based on the investigation of the phenological period,yield and quality of fruit mulberry planted in greenhouse and open field,it is concluded that the greenhouse is20 d earlier than open field planting,the yield increased by 11%and the sugar content increased by 0.5%Brix.In order to advance the market time and prolong the picking time of the fruit mulberry garden,some fruit mulberry should be planted in greenhouse.4.Through the analysis of the orientation and characteristics of the domestic mulberry agricultural garden,combined with the investigation of the main varieties and planting methods of the garden,a series of planning contents,such as the planning principle,the location and function of the park,the planning of the park and the thinking planning of product development,are sorted out.5.Based on the above research,this paper carries on the project practice to Ludu fruit mulberry agricultural garden in Liu'an,develops the park industry and promotes the industry integration with the idea of"mulberry-production-tourism",so as to show the park industry and tourism characteristics.65.6 hm~2land in the park is planned according to the layout of"one mind,one axis,two belts and six districts".To build a comprehensive fruit mulberry agricultural garden,which integrates the functions of picking,sightseeing,leisure,education and processing,and provides the direction and experience for the planning and product development of fruit mulberry agricultural garden in Jianghuai watershed area.
