Shared Bicycles has been rated as one of the new "Four Great Inventions",which has provided great convenience for short-and-medium distance travel,and effectively filled the "last mile" gap of residents’ travel.Its combination with emerging technologies such as the Internet and big data makes it get well developed towards a more intelligent and efficient direction.Shared Bicycles is gradually becoming popular,and its demand market is also very considerable.Analysis and mining of the behavioral characteristics of shared bicycles can provide support for operators’ decision-making.Due to the negative impact of vicious competition among the shared bicycles’ companies,unreasonable decisionmaking,and uncivilized use,the standardized management of shared bicycles is also imminent.This paper first discusses the background and necessity of analysis of shared bicycles’ location data and research around standardized management.Secondly,it introduces the development of the shared bicycles system at home and abroad and the analysis and research status of standardized management.Then it introduces the big data technology used in data analysis and related theoretical knowledge around standardized management issues,and outlines the construction of a single node pseudo-distributed big data processing environment based on Alibaba Cloud ECS.The content of the data analysis in this paper is based on one week in October of shared bicycles’ location data in the main urban area of Nanjing.It analyzes the characteristics about the riding distance,number of ride,riding time,and riding area distribution of shared bicycles,and makes the explanation for the analysis results and phenomena.Regarding the research on the standardized management of shared bicycles,it is divided into three small problems: the research about the rationality of parking location,size rationality of parking location,and how to schedule the dispatch path when the shared bicycles are in an imbalanced situation.In the research on the rationality of parking location,the concept of buffer is proposed in the clustering method to solve the problem of shared bicycles error classification when the existing parking location are adjacent.The experiment result is ideal.In the study of the size rationality of parking location,the problem is transformed into calculating the demand for each parking location,and give it a program verification.On the scheduling dispatch path problem,a mathematical model and constraints are established,the solution algorithm is redesigned and optimized,and the program verification is performed to obtain a matched dispatch path.
