With the rapid development of the world economy,fossil energy is applied in more and more fields.The problems of energy shortage and environmental pollution begin to appear gradually,which has become one of the hot issues in today's society.The following biomass utilization technology has become one of the methods that can effectively alleviate the.energy and environmental problems,and has been widely concerned Biomass liquefaction is considered to be one of the most promising biotransformation pathways in substance treatment,which is worth further study.China is a large agricultural country,and the nature is rich in biomass resources,in which the agricultural and forestry production process will produce a large number of material waste resources(agricultural residues,wood waste,etc.),as a kind of biomass resources,these solid waste resources have not been fully utilized,resulting in a large number of environmental pollution problems.If we can find a reasonable way to use these waste biomass efficiently,it can not only alleviate the environmental problems they bring,but also greatly alleviate the crisis caused by the energy shortage in the energy field.In this paper,the liquefaction of wood waste was carried out by pulse plasma technology.Polyethylene glycol and glycerol were used as liquefying agents,and 98%concentrated sulfuric acid was used as catalyst.The research on the liquefaction of waste biomass pine sawdust by pulse plasma spark discharge was discussed from the aspects of raw material size,catalyst content,liquefying agent ratio and solid-liquid ratio.It is found that when polyethylene glycol is used as the main liquefying.agent,adding a proper amount of glycerol can effectively improve the liquefying rate,and H+ has obvious catalytic effect on the liquefying reaction.However,it should be noted that excessive H+ may also accelerate the polycondensation reaction,so the content of concentrated sulfuric acid should be moderate.During the experiment,the bestreaction system was established through the comparison of single factor influencing experimental parameters:solid-liquid ratio of 1:20,frequency of 50Hz,polyethylene glycol/glycerol ratio of 27:13(V:V),acid volume fraction of 0.1875%,discharge time of 12 minutes,which fully proved the feasibility of the pulse plasma spark discharge technology in the liquefaction of biomass waste.It can be operated simply and under mild conditions High liquefaction rate with low energy consumption.In addition,in order to study the universality of the pulsed plasma liquefaction of wood waste,three different kinds of wood waste were selected for experiments under the same experimental conditions,and the method of the pulsed plasma liquefaction of biomass was compared with the traditional oil bath liquefaction.In the end,the reaction mechanism and product characteristics of liquefaction were inferred through the characterization of solid and liquid products after the experiment,and from the perspective of environmental protection,the conversion of lignin and cellulose before and after the reaction was calculated by calculating the change of lignin and cellulose content before and after the discharge reaction,and the liquid after liquefaction was further verified by FTIR spectrum.The product contains hydroxyl group,methoxy group,ether group,phenol group,aromatic group and other functional groups.In addition,the calorific value of the liquid product after plasma discharge is also improved compared with that before discharge,so it may be an efficient biomass fuel,which is also in line with the concept of circular economy,and will have a profound impact on energy utilization.To sum up,the liquefaction of biomass by pulsed plasma spark discharge technology is a method that can effectively treat the solid waste of pine sawdust.This study not only provides a new idea for the treatment and utilization of biomass resources,but also liquefy biomass by pulsed plasma first,which lays a theoretical foundation and experiment for the future research.In addition,the technology of biomass liquefaction by pulsed plasma is prospected.
