Since the International Maritime Organization(IMO)enforced the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargo Regulations,due to the lack of scientificity in the grouping of cargoes and the unclear mechanism of cargo liquefaction,it is impossible to truly avoid shipwreck accidents caused by liquefaction of fluidized cargoes.After years of research by scholars,it has been found that the fluidization phenomenon is the basic inherent property of the cargo.Studying the liquefaction mechanism of the cargo from the inherent properties of the cargo itself has a positive significance for the grouping of the fluidized cargo.In this paper,through the self-built vibration test platform,the Australian powder was subjected to vibration tests to verify the relevant numerical calculation models,and then the numerical methods were used to study the effects of different physical parameters on the liquefaction of typical marine bulk ore.In this paper,particle flow software(Particle Follow Code,PFC)is used to establish a fluid-structure coupling model.Through a combination of physical tests and numerical simulation tests,the liquefaction mechanism of typical fluidized goods is studied in detail through microscopic and mesoscopic parameters.In this paper,according to the geotechnical test specifications,the Australian powder with saturated sample and the Australian powder with 80%saturation are used for vibration test to obtain the pore water pressure curves at different positions and the water content at different positions at different times,and then the physical model for numerical simulation To verify,through a combination of numerical and physical tests,to study the movement mechanism of water and particles during the vibration of the fluidized cargo,and to obtain the movement mechanism of the soil particles moving downward and the water moving upward during the vibration of the sample.Through the numerical simulation test,the vibration test is carried out on the cargo with different physical property parameters,and the change of the ultra-static pore water pressure ratio at different positions of the sample is analyzed and studied,and the e ffect of different typical physical property parameters on the liquefaction of the fluidized cargo is shown as:Grading mainly affects the accumulation of pore water pressure;the effective internal friction angle mainly affects the movement of particles and thus the liquefaction time of the sample;the initial porosity ratio mainly affects the initial contact force between particles and thus affects the resistance of the sample to liquefaction.
