With the rapid development of the global economy and the accelerating process,of world integration,China has become an increasingly important trade position in the global shipping market.Along with this,the throughput of domestic ports has continued to increase.To meet the needs of port development,the scale of coastal ports has continued to expand.However,due to the limitation of the water area of the port area or the natural factors caused by the port area,As a result,the anchorage as an important supporting facility of the port cannot be expanded at will.In recent years,dangerous accidents such as ship collisions and ship stranding due to crowded anchorages have also occurred.Therefore,it is very necessary to improve the effective space utilization of the anchorage and the safety factor in the anchorage through a reasonable anchorage distribution strategy.At present,there are few related researches on anchorage distribution strategies,and the main focus is on improving the utilization of anchorages.In this paper,while considering the utilization rate of the anchorage,the time factor is introduced to comprehensively analyze the mooring and leaving of the vessel in the anchorage,and the multi-objective anchorage distribution strategy under,the capacity target and the safety target is proposed,so as to ditribute the new arrival vessel more reasonable anchorage position.In the process of researching the.anchor distribution strategy,this article first established an index system to evaluate the performance of the anchorage,and used this as a basis to measure the actual effect of the anchor distribution strategy;then based on the characteristics of the anchorage and the anchor distribution problem,the anchor distribution was established strategy model,and select the weighted,multi-objective optimization algorithm as the solution algorithm.Finally,this paper uses Microcity software to establish the simulation model of the anchor distribution strategy,and compares the effect of the simulation model based on actual data with the current common anchor distribution strategy.The final result shows that the multi-objective anchor distribution strategy greatly improves the safety factor of the anchorage while sacrificing the smaller anchorage utilization rate,which is feasible and effective.
