Today,with the rapid economic developmen't,coastal cities have been greatly expanded,and the development of ports and water transportation has also been rapidly developed.The number of ships has increased,and the port throughput has been greatly improved.In order to protect the shipping safety of ships in transportation,Vessel Traffic Service(VTS)is widely used in ports and maritime bureaus,but the core technology of VTS is controlled by large foreign companies,which is not only expensive,In terms of repairs and maintenance,a huge expenditure is required.So the localization of VTS followed.The radar data processing subsystem is one of its important components in VTS.In the radar data processing subsystem,through the processing of radar echo,sampling agglutination,mapping,tracking correlation and smoothing,a series of work to achieve target tracking.Finally,display in the traffic display control system.To achieve tracking,management and early warning of the target.In this paper,we mainly design and analyze the target tracking in the radar information processing subsystem.Through design and analysis to meet the requirements of radar information processing subsystem for target tracking,finally in the implementation process,by comparing Kalman filter algorithm,Alpha-Beta filter algorithm and Alpha-Beta-Gamma filter algorithm,the selection is more suitable It is improved by applying and implementing the Alpha-Beta filtering algorithm,combining its parameter selection with the quality factor of the track,and improving the target tracking through sector division and gate selection and calculation.After implementing the radar information processing subsystem,it was found that its tracking effect is better.Effectively solved the difficulties in the tracking process.
