In the field of shipwreck salvage engineering,along with the increase in the size and tonnage of the ship in distress,the difficulty of sunk salvage has also increased,and the scope of application of most traditional salvage techniques is limited,so it is necessary to study the technology of large tonnage salvage.The hydraulic synchronous lifting technology has the advantages of large salvage tonnage,high automation,and strong controllability.It has been applied to salvage of large tonnage shipwrecks in recent years,and it has proved to be a great tonnage salvage technology with good development prospects.However,this technology also has the disadvantage of being greatly affected by wind and waves,and it is prone to uneven loading of the hoisting cable during the salvage process.At present,it is believed that adding a heave compensation system can solve such problems,so it is necessary to study the heave compensation technology.Based on the above two research directions,this paper builds a double barge lifting and prying wreck salvage hydraulic test platform,which simulates the double barge lifting and prying type hydraulic synchronous lifting salvage scheme,which can meet the research of hydraulic synchronous lifting technology and the Research on various heave compensation technologies.This article divides the test platform into four parts:wreck simulation mechanism,barge simulation mechanism,hydraulic synchronous lifting mechanism and semi-active compensation mechanism for design and construction.The mechanical structure,hydraulic system,and electrical control system of the four mechanisms were designed respectively.The electrical control system included hardware construction and software writing.After the construction of the whole equipment was completed,the motion characteristics test of the barge simulation mechanism was carried out.Through the analysis of the experimental results,the motion characteristics of the barge simulation mechanism were explored,and the cause of the error was pointed out.In the design of the wreck simulation mechanism,the split structure of the support frame and the caisson is adopted,and the quality of the simulated wreck is changed by adding bluestone.In order to be closer to the actual sea state,the wreck simulation mechanism is placed in the school rescue and salvage test pool.The wave-making ball can make waves in the water area where the caisson is located.In the design of the barge simulation mechanism,first,the hydrodynamic simulation software is used to simulate the movement of the barge in the sea,the main factors affecting the salvage of the sunken ship are analyzed,the design is simplified,and the second is used.The DOF platform simulates the barge,and then analyzes the motion attitude of the two-degree-of-freedom platform to establish a mathematical model between the driving elongation and the platform inclination angle,and solves it in MATLAB software.Subsequently,the key components in the control,proportional directional valve,are analyzed,and a mathematical model of the valve control cylinder is built.Finally,the simulation of the platform motion control is realized in MATLAB software;in the design of the hydraulic synchronous lifting mechanism,the one-way lock is first designed Tight mechanism,used to directly lift the hoisting wire rope,and then planned the speed of the reciprocating movement of the lifting hydraulic cylinder;in the design of the semi-active compensation mechanism,both passive compensation and active compensation systems are added,and different compensation modes can be realized.Conversion,so the test platform can simultaneously meet the three compensation technologies of passive compensation,semi-active compensation,and active compensation.
