The Application Research For The Assemble Integral Shear Wall Structures

Through the development and exploration of prefabricante constraction under the background of construction industrialization at home and abroad,this paper a nalyzes and studies the structure of assembly integral shear wall,and takes the Haier-Rhine residence in the Sino-german ecological park Huangdao District of Q ingdao as an example of the project,and uses field research,The comparative a nalysis method and so on to studied the structure of assembled concrete shear w all in the following aspects:(1)The structural design of the assembly integral concrete shear wall struct ure is analyzed,and the difference between the structure force calculation proces s and the current poured concrete structure is adjusted: when the connection desi gn is connected,under the action of horizontal earthquake,the shear carrying ca pacity increase coefficient at the seam is adjusted;When the structural analysis,th e increase coefficient of beam stiffness is calculated according to the flange cond ition.The seismic adjustment coefficient of the component and node carrying capa city ,the value adjustment when the cut and seam are cut and the shear carry ing capacity is calculated.(2)The key technology of assembly integrated concrete shear wall structure construction is analyzed and studied from the selection of lifting machinery at th e construction site,the correction of pre-buried rebar in the conversion layer,the lifting of prefabricated components,and the connection technology of the sleeve grout.(3)To study and analyze the difficulties encountered in the construction pro cess and propose preventive or improvement measures,such as: the current pouri ng area vertical steel connection method improvement,improve the construction quality and efficiency;Prefabricated components window hole in the production p rocess components once molding,external wall construction waterproof design op timization,and external wall seam sealing aspects of leakage prevention and cont rol.(4)According to the housing cost composition of the assembly integral shea r wall structure,a comparative analysis of the construction cost of the project wi th the current poured concrete structure found that the single construction cost of assembly construction is higher than the single-sided construction cost of the cu rrent-poured building,and the composition of the high cost of assembly-type she ar wall structure is summarized.(5)From the economic and environmental aspects of the assembly-type integ ral shear wall structure for efficiency analysis,through the Haier-Rhine public bu ilding construction actual data to calculate and analyze its energy saving,materia l saving and other environmental benefits,and concluded that the assembly of th e integrated shear wall structure is in line with China’s green building "four ener gy-saving one environmental protection" development needs of the new residentia l buildings.The research results of this paper will help to promote the development of t he construction technology of assembled concrete shear wall structure in China,a nd provide reference and reference for similar projects in follow-up construction at home and abroad.
