The steel silo composite shear wall is a new type of anti-side force component.It is a composite shear wall with two steel plates and circular pipe support as basic units and concrete filled in the cavity.A new type of composite shear wall with a variety of structural forms including a single shape,an L shape,and the like is formed.The steel silo composite shear wall can be used not only as lateral resistance component,but also as vertical bearing component.The outer steel plate and circular pipe support of steel silo composite shear wall have good integrity.The circular pipe support can prevent the local buckling of the outer steel plate prematurely,and improve the cooperative working ability of the outer steel plate and the inner concrete.The outer steel sheet and circular pipe support can effectively restrain the transverse deformation of the inner concrete,make the inner concrete under three-dimensional force at all times,and improve the bearing capacity,plasticity and toughness of the steel silo composite shear wall;the inner concrete can enhance the stability of the outer steel sheet and form out-of-plane restraint to the outer steel sheet,thus improving the ductility and deformation capacity of the steel silo composite shear wall.At the same time,it has the advantages of thin steel plate wall,factory prefabrication,simple structure,convenient construction,convenient transportation,good economic performance and light weight.In this paper,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis of steel silo composite shear wall are carried out in depth and systematically.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:Based on ABAQUS software,the finite element analysis model of steel silo composite shear wall considering material nonlinearity,geometric nonlinearity and boundary nonlinearity is established.The influence of the circular pipe support arrangement density,axial compression ratio,steel content,steel strength,height-width ratio and concrete strength on the horizontal bearing capacity and ductility of the steel silo composite shear wall is analyzed.The analysis results show that the distribution density of circular pipe supporthas a great influence on its ductility and deformation ability.The typical failure mode of steel silo composite shear wall is bending failure.The typical failure mode is that the steel plate at the bottom of the compression zone yields in a large area and has a large drum.The corner concrete is crushed in a large area.The steel silo composite shear wall has good bearing capacity,deformation capacity and ductility.Based on the assumption of plane section,the formula for calculating the horizontal ultimate bearing capacity of steel silo composite shear wall is fitted,which canprovide reference for design.A large number of finite element analysis models of L-shaped steel silo composite shear wall are established by using ABAQUS software.Firstly,the L-shaped steel silo composite shear wall is monotonically loaded along the web compression direction.The effects of circular pipe support arrangement density,axial compression ratio,steel plate thickness,shear span ratio,steel strength,web length and flange length on the horizontal bearing capacity and ductility of the composite shear wall of L-shaped steel silo are analyzed.Then the L-shaped steel silo composite shear wall is cyclically loaded along the web direction.At the same time,the influence of web length on the seismic performance of the L-shaped steel silo composite shear wall is analyzed.The results show that web is the main lateral resistance member of L-shaped steel silo composite shear wall.The web length has a great influence on the mechanical performance of L-shaped steel silo composite shear wall,and the flange is the auxiliary force member.The flange can restrain web effectively and prevent shear wall from out-of-plane instability and torsional failure.The flange has great influence on deformation ability,stability and ductility.The L-shaped steel silo composite shear wall has better seismic performance,as well as good bearing capacity,ductility,deformation capacity and energy dissipation capacity.There is asymmetry in the L-shaped steel silo composite shear wall,and the hysteretic curve shows different characteristics under positive and negative loads.
