Abstract/Summary:
With the development of artificial intelligence and voice recognition technology,intelligent voice assistant has been widely used in different fields of life.In the automobile HMI,the ca voice assistant provides the secondary function for our driving,but the existing voice assistant has serious homogeneity in the listening experience,the language is crude,and lack of personality,which can not bring good emotional experience for users.With the era of intelligent driving coming,the voice products are developing rapidly,but the research on the design method,process and specific problems of vehicle voice interaction is still very scarce.The research purpose of this paper is to improve the car voice interaction from the listening experience,to create a voice assistant personality that conforms to the automotive product temperament and brand vision,to highlight the personality of voice assistant,and to bring more natural and emotional voice interaction experience for users.Therefore,from the perspective of product emotion,this paper proposes to explore the relationship between car emotion and voice assistant personality through the matching experiment,based on which to build a voice assistant personality design method based on car emotion,and carry out the voice interaction design practice under the future intelligent driving scenario to verify the feasibility of the method.First of all,the theoretical basis of the research on the relationship between car emotion and voice assistant personality is combed.Based on the theoretical analysis,this paper constructs the CarEmo emotion measurement tool for the automobile,summarizes the characteristics of voice interface and voice interaction framework,defines the concept of the car voice assistant personality,expounds the design method of Google Voice assistant personality,and compares the traditional driving and intelligent driving scenarios.Then,determines the matching experimental research methods,and constructs the car front face image database and voice assistant personality database as the experimental database.From the perspective of product emotion,this paper discusses the relationship between the two by the matching experiment;and establishes the car front face image database which contains 40 car emotional data by CarEmo emotion measurement tool;based on the analysis of the requirements of the voice assistant personality database,five basic personalities are designed to construct the voice assistant personality database by using the behavior design method of partner role robot.This paper explores the relationship between car emotion and voice assistant personality through experiments,and puts forward a voice assistant personality design method based on car emotion.The subjects were invited to score the matching degree between 40 pictures of the car front face with tagged emotion and the audio clips of five voice assistant personalities,and the emotional connotation and applicable emotional areas of five personalities were obtained through statistics and analysis of the data;combined with the research methods and conclusions used in the experiment,the voice assistant personality design method based on the car emotion was proposed based on the google voice image personality design method.Carry out project research and user expectation research.Taking the future intelligent driving scenario as an example,the MG2030 concept car is selected as the design object,investigates the brand history and design concept;the setting the stage method is used to investigate the user expectation and obtain the user demand as the design point of voice interaction.Carry out voice interaction design practice in intelligent driving scenarios.The method proposed in this paper is used to design the voice assistant personality of the MG2030 concept car,to complete the definition,quality description,voice rendering,example dialogue design of the Mg voice image personality,and output the audio;based on the user’s needs,three scenarios,navigation,restaurant reservation and rest mode,are selected for voice interaction process and voice interaction prototype design;finally,from the voice interaction user Experience and personality perception are two aspects of design evaluation to verify the effectiveness of design methods.From the perspective of product emotion,this paper constructs the car front face image database and the voice assistant personality database for matching and scoring experiments,explores the relationship between car emotion and voice assistant personality,proposes the voice assistant personality design method based on car emotion,and selects the MG2030 concept car for voice assistant personality design,and verifies the effectiveness of the method through design practice.This method has a certain guiding significance for the design of car voice interaction,and provides a reference for the future research of intelligent vehicle human-computer interaction.
