ERP is the abbreviation of Enterprise Resource Planning.ERP system refers to a management platform which is based on computer technology and combines advanced technology with advanced management ideas to provide users with decision-making means.Budget management is forecast for the future business activities;According to the execution process of business activities,it can be adjusted and improved in real time.As one of the important bases to assist enterprise decision making, the budget can realize the production management informatization through ERP system, which can cover the whole production chain. And it integrates data from each module to improve data accuracy and enhance auxiliary effect.Up to now,ERP has been introduced into the electric power industry in foreign countries much earlier than in China, and the degree of production and management informatization of foreign electric power enterprises has made great progress.Their electric power network informatization is far ahead of China's,and the use status and penetration rate of ERP system are also higher than that of China. Moreover, the budget management module is relatively complete and mature,so under the condition of high coverage, the implementation effect can better play the role of providing decision-making help for the management.Due to the economic system reform and industrial differentiation, the development of various enterprises is uneven, and the production management informatization of the domestic power industry started late, which requires urgent innovation management.Since 2013,state grid corporation of China has cooperated with UFIDA and other enterprises to comprehensively promote the business application platform of collective enterprises, and is committed to promoting the production management informatization implementation process of collective enterprises in the electric power industry.State grid collective enterprises(hereinafter referred to as collective enterprises)refer to the power enterprises that receive the support and jurisdiction of the state grid corporation and whose assets are collectively owned.According to the implementation results of the first phase of the project,we continue to promote the second phase of the project,it can continue to promote the centralized management of funds, budget management and other business applications.Compared with the first-phase budget management module, this thesis mainly describes and solves the problem of how the second-phase budget management module should achieve the expected effect through system configuration on the basis of the existing mature software package,so as to meet the personalized business needs of each unit.As we all know, the data of budget management is mainly reflected in the budget statement, but the budget statement is not perfect in the implementation of the first phase of the project. It only combines the functions of budget preparation, daily execution and budget analysis and displays them in a report. In the second phase of the project,on the basis of the existing 17 table samples in the first phase of the project, the budget statement was designed with new table samples, and the functions were divided and refined to improve the budget function.According to UFIDA's implementation methodology and the actual situation of collective enterprises in northern hebei, this thesis will focus on five main stages:demand analysis, system design, system deployment, system testing, and problem feedback. It is divided into 7 chapters to describe the implementation process, configuration process, responsible content, problems encountered and solutions,as well as some tips I found and summarized during my participation in the project.
