At present,Chinese Train Control System-3(CTCS-3)train operation control system has been applied in the reconstruction of existing railway lines and the construction of passenger dedicated lines in China.Automatic Train Protection(ATP)system is the core subsystem of CTCS-3 train control system.The Raid Block Center(RBC)on the ground provides the Movement Authority(MA)of the train,and on-board ATP calculates the target speed protection curve of the train through the mobile authorization provided by the RBC.In addition,the ATP system also has the functions of vehicle-to-ground communication,overspeed protection,train speed measurement and positioning,and train supervision.Therefore,the research on ATP system is very valuable.ATP system mainly consists of the following six parts:train security computer VC,data storage unit,input unit,output unit,network unit and communication unit.ATP is mainly used for speed control of train operation.According to the actual situation of the line data and ground equipment,it generates the target-distance curve based on the condition of the train,so as to supervise and control the running speed of the train and ensure the safe operation of the train.This thesis firstly studies and analyzes the functions and technical specifications of CTCS-3 control system and the relevant data of ATP system,analyzes the requirements of the simulation system designed in the thesis,and then designs the vehicle simulation system.Finally,the Visual Studio2017 software development platform is utilized to realize the simulation of ATP of CTCS-3 train control system.This thesis completed the feasibility verfication of the target distance mode curve simulation optimization algorithm used in this thesis by simulating ATP of the CTCS-3 level train control system,and according to the algorithm,a train operation model is established,which regards the train as a single particle.The model can be used to calculate the traction,braking force and basic resistance of the EMU according to different types of trains and line conditions.Through the ATP simulation system designed in this thesis,the whole process of train operation on the newly-built line can be simulated according to the relevant line data and the performance of the train.The core content of this thesis is to calculate the speed supervision curve according to the optimized simulation algorithm.Through the simulation of the data analysis,the passing ability of the line,the braking ability of the train and the evaluation of the tracking interval are important.The passing ability and the braking ability of train and the evaluation of the tracking interval based on the simulation data analysis,which is of great significance for the calculation of train safety protection distance and the arrangement of train schedule on newly-built line.
