In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the demand of logistics is accelerating, and the logistics market is expanding. At the same time, the increase of logistics orders brings great pressure to the logistics and distribution industry. The delay rate of delivery of artificial express is high, and the logistics cost is increasing year by year. The logistics distribution market needs more efficient, convenient and modern logistics distribution. With the development of science and technology and the popularization of 5G network, the application of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV,or drone)will be more extensive. The trial operation of logistics drones in major logistics enterprises has accelerated the application of drones in the logistics industry. The application of UAV in logistics distribution is expected to reduce urban congestion, reduce human investment, and complete distribution tasks in a more efficient and lower cost way.In recent years, truck has been used as a platform for UAV landing and takeoff. In this mode,it can effectively solve the problem of low power and load of UAV,at the same time,it can effectively reduce the cost of traditional truck distribution and enhance the timeliness and accuracy of distribution.Firstly, this thesis summarizes the research on UAV scheduling in recent years, states the current research status and shortcomings, and puts forward the research focus and innovation of this thesis. Then, the theory and algorithm of UAV scheduling optimization are reviewed, which provides theoretical support for the later research of truck and UAV collaborative distribution optimization. To further study the value of drones for logistics, two mixed integer programming models are established with the objective of the shortest total distribution time and the lowest total distribution cost respectively, which are based on the assumption that a truck carries multiple UAVs to distribute for customers and with the factors considered such as power consumption and customer time window. An artificial bee colony algorithm embedded with improved mileage-saving(C-W)algorithm is designed to solve the models.Compared with Lingo's results of solving small-scale examples, the effectiveness of the algorithm is proved.Based on the two objectives of the lowest cost and the shortest delivery time, the models are constructed according to the actual parameters, and the designed algorithm is applied to solve, which verifies the practicability and effectiveness of the algorithm. At the same time, through numerical analysis of different scale examples,it is found that when the distribution cost per unit distance of UAV is less than 1/2 of the truck cost, the collaborative distribution mode of the truck and the UAV is helpful to reduce the total distribution cost. When the speed of the drone cannot exceed twice the speed of the truck, the improvement in time is negligible. When the speed of the UAV is more than twice that of the truck, and the truck carries multiple UAVs at the same time, the delivery time can be effectively reduced. This research can provide guidance for the application of UAV in urban logistics distribution.
