With the improvement of environmental protection requirements and people's awareness of environmental protection,the production and sales of new energy vehicles have exploded,and the number of power batteries for retired new energy vehicles has increased dramatically.If new energy vehicle waste power batteries cannot be effectively treated,it will not only seriously pollute the environment,but also cause great waste of resources.To this end,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China has issued the "Interim Provisions on the Management of the Recycling and Utilization of Power Batteries for New Energy Vehicles" hereinafter referred to as "Interim Provisions." In accordance with the requirements of the "Interim Provisions",each responsible party will collect information on the entire process of production,sales,use,scrap,recycling,and utilization of battery packs(Power Batteries)according to their respective responsibilities,and determine the production of new energy vehicles Responsible subject of enterprise battery pack traceability management.Based on the requirements of the "Interim Regulations" of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the business needs of a new energy vehicle manufacturer regarding battery packs,this thesis has carried out related work on the development of a new energy vehicle battery pack traceability management system.The paper analyzes the traceability management of new energy vehicle battery packs,restructures the current management process,and designs the overall design and business function of the new energy vehicle battery pack traceability management platform The new energy vehicle battery pack full life cycle traceability management platform is based on a process that complies with the battery pack full life cycle traceability management,and combines Web Service technology,RESTful API technology,heterogeneous DB technology,database performance optimization technology,and Token technology.In the end,the full-life battery life cycle traceability management platform for new energy vehicles was integrated with the battery pack's full life cycle and the data between the new energy vehicle production company's internal SAP and MES systems.The data of the science and technology traceability management platform are relatively mutual,so that the entire life cycle of the battery pack can be traced to the source,tracked and controlled.The full life cycle source management platform for battery packs of new energy vehicles developed based on the thesis has been successfully applied in enterprises,and the management of the entire life cycle of battery packs has been transformed into digital management,information management,and integrated management.The traceability management platform provides a set of high-performance information systems for a new energy automobile production enterprise as the subject of responsibility.It lays the foundation for the battery source traceability management,and provides complete and reliable data for the national source traceability management platform and BIT's source traceability management platform.
