Agricultural house building is an important part of China’s construction industry.At present,nearly 40 percent of China’s population lives in rural areas,and the number of new or renovated agricultural houses in rural areas is still considerable.For a long time,the mode of spontaneous construction of rural houses makes the rural landscape "one person at a time",but there is no overall planning and chaos,which is not conducive to the construction of new rural areas.One of the main reasons for the continuous haze weather in northern China in winter is that the way of heating by burning coal has not been completely changed in rural areas.With the enhancement of people’s awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection,the application of clean energy such as solar energy and biomass energy increases gradually.Since 2017,when the national guidelines related to promote the northern clean heating,since the file is more and more widely used solar heating way,but today a lot of solar heating farmhouse only stays in the stage of demonstration projects,not popularized in the ordinary farmers,high pollution farmhouse,high energy consumption of heating in north China is still not optimistic.China cleaning heating work is the key to promote beijing-tianjin-hebei "2 + 26" city and the surrounding area clean and heating,reduce the energy consumption of coal,to speed up the "coal to gas","coal to electricity",etc,combined with the northern clean heating planning requirements and the development of Chinese building energy conservation research,based on Beijing,hebei,shandong and other northern cold region farmhouse,as a case study.In northern cold region of farmhouse,on-the-spot investigation and case study,found that the existing farmhouse,functional arrangement chaos,can use structure unreasonable,the issue such as difference of indoor thermal comfort,then puts forward a new design,the necessity of the farmhouse,established the northern new farmhouse,system design,including new farmhousefunction design,suitable for structural system design,and design three aspects,such as indoor comfort.For rural houses in north China,interior comfort design is particularly important,mainly including envelope design and winter heating design.Only by fundamentally improving the winter energy structure of rural houses can indoor comfort be effectively improved.Aiming at the problem of poor indoor comfort in winter in northern cold areas,this study can provide a clean and efficient heating method in winter--vanadium titanium black porcelain solar floor radiant heating system,which can effectively improve the indoor comfort of new type of rural houses,reduce energy consumption and improve environmental pollution.New design should not only change the farmhouse,farmhouse,winter heating energy structure,and is appropriate to the structure of the system,this paper enumerates the farmhouse,several kinds of commonly used structure types and carries on the comparison,the discretion of the construction cost is the important factors influencing the farmhouse,structure selection,prefabricated concrete cavity EPS module structure because of its low cost,fast construction,the characteristics of high indoor comfort in the rural residential construction has a great development space.Based on the comprehensive research of the new type of solar heating farm house,this paper classifies and compares the commonly used solar energy end collector and heating end,and summarizes the advantages of vanadium titanium black porcelain solar floor heating system: high efficiency of heat collection,economical saving;Low temperature heating,room temperature more comfortable;Low air flow rate,more hygienic indoor;It is not easy to be damaged,the sound-proof is enhanced,the decoration has no influence and so on,which shows that the heating system is suitable for rural application and has great promotion value.Designbuilder software is used to simulate vanadium titanium black porcelain solar floor radiant heating used in rural residential heating.It is concluded that,within the affordable economic range,when the heating area and heat collection area are 1:1,the indoor temperature is about 14℃,which meets the indoor comfort requirements of rural residential.Based on an experimental room of prefabricated EPS cavity mold concrete structure in Shandong Jianzhao University in Jinan,Shandong province,vanadium titanium black porcelain solar floor radiant heating system was built.In this paper,the architectural design,enclosure structure and heating equipment of the experimental room are introduced in detail,and one-month wall temperature and indoor temperature and humidity experiments are carried out.Itwas concluded that EPS hollow mold concrete wall has good thermal insulation performance,which is conducive to the improvement of indoor comfort of rural houses in north China.Under all weather conditions,the room temperature is about 12℃ and the relative humidity is 44%rH,which basically meets the requirements of indoor comfort of farm house.In a sunny day,the room temperature is about 15℃,the relative humidity is 38%rH,and the indoor comfort of farm house is relatively high.Vanadium-titanium black porcelain solar energy independent heating system has a high initial investment,8.4 years of recoverable costs,almost no later operating costs,which is not only conducive to energy conservation and environmental protection,but also can reduce heating costs.From the perspective of the whole heating period,vanadium titanium black porcelain solar floor radiant heating system is greatly affected by solar radiation,so it is necessary to combine with other auxiliary heating systems to ensure the indoor comfort of farmers’ houses in the heating period.This paper can provide some theoretical support for the design of new type farm house in the cold region of north China,and provide a clean and efficient way of heating for farm house in winter.Through the analysis and comparison of the heating conditions of vanadium titanium black porcelain solar heating system and heating terminals,it shows that vanadium titanium black porcelain solar floor radiant heating system is suitable for the winter heating of rural houses in the cold region of north China.Through the indoor temperature and humidity experimental research of EPS hollow mold block concrete structure farmhouse experiment room,it proves that the application of vanadium titanium black porcelain solar floor heating system for farmhouse indoor comfort is higher,which is worth popularizing in northern countryside.
