In order to solve the problem of the uneven geographical distribution of water resources in China,China has built a number of water diversion and water transfer projects.With the progress of urbanization,people have higher requirements for water quality and quantity.Pipeline transportation has the advantages of safety and reliability,strong continuity,large capacity,and low energy consumption.Therefore,it is widely used in diversion and water transfer projects and supporting projects.The interaction of static and dynamic factors together affects the health of the pipeline.Frequent accidents of water pipelines caused by leakages seriously threaten urban water safety.How to effectively identify and locate water pipeline leakage is critical to the safe operation of water pipelines.Water pipeline damage usually goes through three stages of leakage,jet,and leak(pipe burst).The focus of leak detection on water pipeline is before the leak(pipe burst).Water pipelines are characterized by long distances,large diameters,and thick soil cover.Current pipeline leak detection methods have their limitations and applicable conditions.Aiming at the leakage problem of long-distance large-diameter water pipelines,a practical identification method needs to be proposed.Based on the background of water pipeline leakage,this paper conducts an experimental study on water pipeline leakage monitoring based on fiber optic hydrophones to verify the effect of fiber optic hydrophones on water pipeline leakage identification.The main research work and research results are as follows:1.Consult the literature of water pipeline leakage,study and analyze the reasons for the leakage and the factors affecting the identification of the leakage;master the basic principles of optical fiber hydrophone leakage identification,and be proficient in the use of optical fiber hydrophone leakage Detection system;on the basis of the above,design the overhead test of the water pipeline and buried test of the water pipeline,and write the test implementation plan.2.Under different working conditions(overhead,buried)and different leakage points(?50,?25),use multiple fiber optic hydrophones for experimental research.The research results show that: BA-FH3200 optical fiber hydrophone leak detection system is feasible for leak detection of water pipelines,and it can quickly and accurately detect the location of the leak after the leak;according to the inverse algorithm The value of the wave velocity factor C is optimized.When C is equal to1.1,the leakage positioning error is controlled within the range of 0.07m;the cross-correlation analysis of multiple optical fiber hydrophones can reduce the leakage positioning error of the water pipeline.3.Use MATLAB and Visual Basic 6.0 to write leak identification algorithms to program and visualize the data analysis and processing;verify the theoretical analysis results and experimental investigation results through overhead test and buried test of the water pipeline,and the results show that the leakage Positioning error is controlled within a limited range,which can effectively identify water pipeline leakage.4.Parameter optimization and data coupling methods are used to correct the error,and the leakage location and actual location are compared and analyzed,and then the leakage recognition algorithm based on the optical fiber hydrophone is upgraded and optimized.In the end,the leakage of the water pipeline will be accurately and efficiently identified.
