In the process of shale gas exploitation,oil cuttings containing solid waste are generated,Because it is difficult to degrade,high in oil and dangerous,it is a hazardous waste regulated by the state.With the development of the oil industry,the sharp increase of oil cuttings has seriously restricted the development of the industry,and also brought great challenges to the environmental protection,so the resource treatment of oil cuttings and the application of oil cuttings production become an important way to promote the development of the industry and achieve ecological balance.In this paper,through laboratory test and theoretical analysis research the pretreated oil cuttings are applied to the surface structure of cement concrete pavement of the fourth grade highway(including pre drilling road,construction access road and other roads).The main mechanical properties and durability of cement concrete decreased obviously with the addition of oil cuttings,and research on the modification of its properties with polypropylene fiber,so as to ensure that it can meet the requirements of design specifications and relevant environmental requirements,and realize the maximum resource utilization of oil cuttings.The main research contents and achievements are:1.By studying the influence of different proportion of oil cuttings on the compressive strength,flexural tensile strength and impermeability of cement concrete,it is found that the influence of oil cuttings on the performance of cement concrete is that with the increase of the amount of oil cuttings,the performance of cement concrete specimens shows a downward trend,and the proportion of oil cuttings when the three properties do not meet the design standards is 25%,15%and 25%,respectively.When the ratio of oil cuttings is15%,the effect on flexural tensile strength is more obvious,with a decrease of 7.5%2.The wear resistance,frost resistance and dry shrinkage are improved with the addition of a certain amount of oi cuttings.When the content of oil cuttings is 5%,the wear resistance and frost resistance of the test piece are better than that of the reference group test.When the content is 10%,the improvement effect of dry shrinkage propertyis the most obvious.However,with the increase of the proportion of oil cuttings,a large number of oil cuttings make the performance of the test piece continue to decline.3.In order to achieve greater utilization of oil-based rock cuttings and improve the proportion of oil cuttings when meeting the performance requirements,this paper explores the use of polypropylene fiber modified oil cuttings cement concrete.It is found that:with the addition of different amounts of fiber,the relevant performance of cement concrete has been significantly improved,of which the bending tensile strength value is the most obvious,when meet the design standard the oil cuttings dosage was increased to 20%.However,with the increase of fiber content,the effect of modification shows a trend of strength first and then weakness.The excessive fiber tangles and agglomerates,which reduces the reinforcement effect of the fiber.The best content of polypropylene fiber is 1.0kg/m~3.4.Through the environmental analysis and economic evaluation,finally determined the best design scheme for the pavement surface structure of the fourth class cement concrete highway:the content of oil cuttings is 133.2kg/m~3,the mixing ratio is 20%,the content of polypropylene fiber is 1.0kg/m3,the content of cement is 341kg/m~3,the content of water is157kg/m~3,the content of coarse aggregate is 1236kg/m~3,and the content of fine aggregate is 532.8kg/m~3.
