The urban comprehensive corridor is a tunnel space built underground,including a variety of public pipelines,and a monitoring center for unified monitoring and dispatching.The comprehensive urban corridor will improve the city's comprehensive carrying capacity,rationally develop and utilize underground space,expand the supply of public products,improve the quality of new urbanization development,and create a new impetus for economic development.At present,the comprehensive pipe gallery in China is in the stage of vigorous development.The research on the comprehensive pipe gallery is mainly focused on the cast-in-situ concrete pipe gallery and semi-prefabricated comprehensive pipe gallery.The prefabricated pipe gallery is divided into sections,especially for structural design analysis.Less research.This article combines the design requirements,working conditions,and geological conditions of the integrated pipe gallery project in Mianyang with the architectural design and structural design of the prefabricated prefabricated integrated pipe gallery.The architectural design includes the standard section of the pipe gallery,the mouth design,the modulus design and Waterproof design;structural design includes structural system selection,reinforcement calculation,and ABAQUS finite element modeling verification.Based on the modeling results,the stress characteristics of the structure are analyzed,and the weak areas of the stress are summarized.Find out where improvements can be made.It was determined that the dimensions and arrangement of the cabins could be affected by the ABAQUS finite element calculation of the simplified pipe gallery model in four aspects: the influence of the pipe gallery plus axillary,the connection mode of the inner wall plate and the bottom plate,and the change in the structure of the top plate.The stress and strain cloud diagrams obtained from the simplified model simulation are researched and analyzed,and whether the model after the improvement and before the modification have an impact on the weak area of the model and what kind of influence it has.Through the above studies,it is found that:(1)Comparing the four arrangements,when the pipe gallery cabins are equidistant,the side and midspan forces are evenly distributed;when the largest cabin is placed in the middle,the midspan force is the most unreasonable.(2)After the axillary feet are added to the corners of the segmented assembled pipe gallery,the effect of stress concentration at each node is improved,the local stiffness of each connected node is improved,and the maximum displacement value in the middle of the outer wall plate is reduced compared with the case without axillary feet.About 20%.(3)After the connection between the bottom of the inner wall plate and the bottom plate is changed from embedded to reinforced steel,the area of influence on the connection of the bottom plate is significantlyincreased.Due to the effect of the embedded steel,the stiffness of the joint between the inner wall plate and the bottom plate is increased,reducing The stress concentration effect caused by the abrupt change of geometrical dimensions at the pin is reduced,and the main tensile stress and the main compressive stress at the joint are reduced.(4)The top plate is in the form of a laminated plate,so that the top plate is uniformly stressed and the load is evenly transmitted.The ribbed steel plate can share a large force.The maximum main tensile stress value is reduced by about 35%,which effectively increases the resistance of the top plate structure.(5)When the top pouring section moves out,it is beneficial to construction and formwork,and has no effect on the parts other than the roof joints,but it has a greater impact on the tensile stress of the roof joints.(6)The deformation trend of the arched roof is smooth,and the maximum principal tensile stress value decreases by about 22%.Proper arching is conducive to the roof stress.
