The robust design of the aerodynamic shape of the aircraft wing is one of the key issues in the overall design of the aircraft.A robust wing shape can not only ensure the safety of the aircraft,but also bring great economic value and achieve the design goals of high speed and high range of the aircraft.In the design of the aerodynamic shape of an aircraft wing,in order to overcome the problem of aerodynamic performance deterioration caused by uncertain factors in the environment,a corresponding robust design of the aerodynamic shape of the aircraft wing is needed.However,in the three-dimensional robust design of the aircraft wing,there are problems such as large CFD calculations,long test cycles,and difficult to solve aerodynamic performance.Therefore,this paper proposes a robust design method for aircraft based on the alternative model.This method combines the experimental design,CFD technology with the alternative model and the evolutionary optimization algorithm to carry out the robust design of the aerodynamic shape.The alternative model is used to predict the aerodynamic performance of the aircraft,which reduces the calculation amount of the aerodynamic performance CFD in the optimization solution,significantly shortens the test period,and can meet certain requirements for the accuracy of the solution.In this paper,the robust design of the threedimensional main missile wing of the AGM-129 stealth cruise missile is carried out,and the overall process of the robust design is elaborated in detail.The robust design results show that the robust wing obtained by the robust design method based on the alternative model has better aerodynamic performance than the reference wing shape,which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.In addition,in order to achieve the goal of localization of the aerodynamic shape robust design system of the aircraft,this paper refers to the Isight software system,and establishes a webbased visualized aircraft robust design system corresponding to the method of this paper.This system is an actual engineering application of the robust design method in this paper.Compared with Isight software,the architecture design of this paper is more lightweight.Although the design freedom and application fields have been reduced,its robust design optimization function It is enough to meet the actual needs of the current aircraft aerodynamic shape robust design,and the advantages in economy and meeting specific needs are more obvious.This paper has also completed the functional test of the system.The test results of the system show that the system is friendly in interaction and the functional modules run stably,which can meet the research needs of researchers.In summary,the research on the robustness of the aerodynamic shape of the aircraft can significantly improve the stability and reliability of the aircraft performance,and it is easier to obtain a safe,reliable and high-performance aircraft design solution.The establishment of an aircraft robust design web visualization system can greatly improve the efficiency of aircraft aerodynamic robust design and reduce the work intensity of researchers.The robust design method of the aircraft based on the substitute model and its implementation system platform can be further applied to other fields of national defense and society,which will bring certain economic and social benefits.Therefore,the research and development of software for the robust design of aircraft based on alternative models is of great significance.
