With modern navigation methods have entered the era of Performance-Based Navigation, the scale of the air transport industry is growing, and the airline network is clustered and complicated. As an important support for the safe and efficient operation of civil aviation, the air traffic support system, its overall stability, and business continuity play a vital role in aviation operations. With the increasing complexity of the internal interaction of the air traffic control system and the external environment, the risk of failure of the air traffic control system is increasing. To enhance the safety of civil aviation flight and effectively resist the impact of emergencies on air traffic support systems. This article is based on the background of the PBN operation.Through an effective analysis of the operating principles and cooperative operating mechanisms of communication, navigation, and monitoring equipment, and with the framework of complex network theory, the air traffic management support system is split into three network layers: navigation network, surveillance network, and communication network. The network takes the route as the edge, the flight flow as the weight, and the coverage weights of DME,radar, and VHF as virtual edges.A weighted multilayer network model for the PBN-oriented aviation control system is proposed.Using multiple indicators of single-layer and multi-layer complex networks to identify important nodes in the network.provides strong support for preventing network cascading failures. Then consider that in a modern navigation network based on PBN operation, multiple DME pairs are guaranteed for routing, which is a redundant protection mechanism. The capacity-load model with the probability of node collapse is used to analyze the robustness of the network against cascading failures under random and deliberate attack modes.Through MATLAB simulation, study the factors affecting the robustness of the network and control the spread of cascading failures. Finally, based on the capacity-load model,a similar coupling dependent network composed of a navigation sub-network and a surveillance sub-network is constructed.Considering the network load characteristics, the mechanism of network cascading failure under coupling conditions is studied.Through MATLAB simulation, explore the influencing factors that affect the robustness of the dependent network to resist cascade failure.
