With the development of intelligent manufacturing technology and the improvement of people's life quality,more and more people have vision problems,which has become the main topic of social concern.Human myopia is developing towards the direction of youth and popularity,which promotes the development of comprehensive optometry.As a widely used device for detecting vision,comprehensive optometry has gradually raised people's requirements for its products,among which noise reduction is one of the problems that need to be solved urgently.The noise of gear drive system of comprehensive optometer not only affects people's physical and mental health,but also affects the service life of the product.Therefore,it is of great value to study the method of noise reduction for gear drive system of comprehensive optometer.This paper takes the latest product of an optical equipment company--the small mold injection gear drive system of the integrated optometry instrument as the research object,and makes an in-depth analysis on the problems such as high noise and poor operation,and makes corresponding improvements.In order to solve the problem of high noise,this paper firstly analyzes the noise generating mechanism of the integrated optometrist,then compares its noise spectrum and calculates the meshing frequency of all gears in the transmission system,so as to find the main source of noise.Aiming at the problem of gear transmission system operation impeded,because the refractometer gear of gear transmission system for the small module gear,using visual detecting system in the flash,tooth and gear pitch circle diameter,of which this paper a new method of dividing circle diameter of access to test the gear pitch circle,the experiments prove that it has higher precision and accuracy,precision can reach micron grade.After the redesign of die core,the noise of gear drive system is still relatively high.Then the relationship between the hardness of various injection gear materials and noise and the shrinkage of dividing circle diameter was studied.Through the comparison and analysis of the noise decibel value of the gear drive system of the integrated optometrist before and after the improvement,the effectiveness of the noise reduction method proposed in this paper is proved.After the improvement,the maximum decibel value of noise is reduced by 10.6dB.The average decibel value of noise decreased by 8.6dB.
