With economic development and social progress,more and more high-rise buildings and large-scale buildings continue to emerge,making our requirements for the foundation continue to increase.The foundation widely used at present is the pile foundation,and there are many cast-in-place piles in the pile foundation.Overfilling is an important control link in the construction of cast-in-place piles.Failure to accurately control overfilling will result in the formation of "stone forest".The treatment of "stone forest" during excavation of foundation pits not only increases construction costs,prolongs construction period,but also waste material.In order to effectively control the problem of overfilling,this paper is based on the intelligent system for monitoring overfilling of cast-in-place piles based on Arduino and LabVIEW,selecting appropriate probe specifications to measure concrete resistance,and using difference to distinguish concrete from other substances for experimental research.In this paper,P.S.A32.5 slag Portland cement,collapsible loess in a mountain in Taiyuan,and silty soil in the underground soil layer of a construction site are fully mixed to prepare cement paste,concrete,mud,mud and concrete.Layer,through the selected probe to measure the difference in resistance of the cement paste with different water-cement ratio,concrete with different cement-water ratio,cement paste with concrete with the same cement-water ratio,mud and concrete,mud and concrete,and the disturbance state The probe measures the stability performance of concrete resistance,and selects a probe with a suitable specification for the Arduino and LabVIEW overfill irrigation monitoring intelligent system to facilitate the sensitive triggering of the alarm system.The experimental results show that the specifications of the probe with a probe diameter of 1mm-6mm and a probe length of 10 mm and 20 mm can clearly distinguish cement paste with different water-cement ratio,concrete with different water-cement ratio and cement with the same water-cement ratio.Pure slurry and concrete;except for probe diameters of 5mm and 6mm,and the length of the two probes with a working section length of 60 mm measuring the mixed layer(2)and the concrete have a small difference,and the selected probe specifications can be distinguished by the resistance difference.The layer,mud and concrete mixed layer,in which the working section length is 10 mm,20mm and 30 mm,the probe specifications are clearly distinguished;the probe specifications that meet the requirements of the disturbance test are the probe diameter of 3mm,the working section length is 30 mm and above,the probe diameter 4mm,the working section length is 20 mm and above and the probe diameter is 5mm and 6mm.The probe specifications that can be selected for the intelligent irrigation system for irrigated piles with Arduino and LabVIEW are probe diameter 4mm,working section length 20 mm,probe diameter 5mm,working section length 10 mm and 20 mm,the probe diameter is 6mm,and the working length is 10 mm and 20 mm.Considering the cost of the probe,the slender size and easy bending,and the placement of the catheter during the actual pouring construction,to ensure that the concrete and other substances are clearly distinguished and meet the requirements of the stability of the measurement process,the probe diameter of 4mm and the working section length of 20 mm are selected.
