As an important part of the urbanization construction process,the cable line grounding project has been applied more and more widely.Cable draining pipe is mostly buried along the road,which has the characteristics of "centralized construction first and then phased".But.in the course of application,it also exposes the problem that cable pipes can not be used normally or abandoned due to blockage,which seriously affects the safety and stability of urban power grid operation.In this paper,material technology,mechanism innovation design,power technology,sensing technology,control technology and other aspects of research.A new type of trial equipment for cable pipe arranging and dredging robot is designed and developed,which can replace the traditional pulling cattle dredging method to complete the dredging of blocked pipe arranging and draining.At the same time,it can reduce the cost of "open slope excavation" and relay caused by blockage of drainage pipe,which has a wide range of social and economic benefits.The main research achievements of this subject include:(1)The technical analysis of typical pipeline robots is carried out,and the research status of pipeline robots at home and abroad is discussed.The future development trend of pipeline robots is pointed out,which can be used as a reference and guidance for the research of this subject.(2)The cable laying situation and the current cable drainage method in Tianjin were investigated,and the causes of cable drainage blockage and the types of common blockages were analyzed and studied.(3)Using SolideWorks three-dimensional modeling software to complete the design of equipment parts,establish equipment models,and process,assembly,get a complete prototype of equipment trial.(4)Adopt a new kind of creeping one-way follow-up mechanism driven by motor and cylinder.Driven by motor and cylinder,the device can not only pass through narrow pipes,but also dredge the blockage in pipes and lay a good foundation for subsequent cable laying.(5)The application of sensors enables the equipment to have the sense of touch and vision,so as to realize target recognition and location.The lighting equipment and camera at the front end of the equipment collect and transmit images in real-time to realize the visualization of the environment inside the drainage pipe.(6)The virtual prototype is simulated and analyzed by ADAMS analysis software,which verifies the feasibility of the equipment moving in the exhaust pipe,and the prototype is debugged on the spot.
