In daily life,the use rate of expressway is getting higher and higher.Under the effect of increasing traffic volume,the service life of expressway is shortening,the maintenance cycle is getting shorter and shorter.It also costs a lot of manpower and material resources and brings many disadvantages to the operation of traffic.In order to improve this situation,this paper studies the diseases test of Semi-Rigid BaseMaterials for Asphalt Pavement,and puts forward a non-excavation shallow grouting repair and strengthening maintenance method.This method is simple in construction and short in maintenance period,and it is an excellent preventive maintenance measure for highway.In order to verify the specific significance of shallow grouting method for highway maintenance,this paper takes the Ridge-tea section of Quannan Expressway which was built in 2012 as the experimental section to study.The main results are as follows:(1)Ground penetrating radar(GPR)and endoscopy are the main detection instruments used in shallow grouting technology.This combination method can effectively form a visual picture and is very targeted for disease detection.(2)Study the semi-rigid subgrade asphalt pavement as the main material,combined with the characteristics of preventive maintenance analysis of the advantages of shallow grouting repair technology for the highway.(3)By testing the treatment effect of the test section of Quannan Expressway(ridge-tea section),the repair effect and economic benefit of shallow grouting technology are affirmed,and a set of on-site construction technology process which can be used as guidance is summarized to provide practical basis for later research.
