Wind power has become the largest renewable energy in China and has become an important part of China's energy organization.It has great strategic significance for the adjustment of China's energy structure,the transformation of its economic structure and the realization of energy conservation and emission reduction.With the advancement of science and technology,the area with large wind speed has been expanding the range of cloth machines.The interaction between new siting and old siting,coupled with the lack of original theories,experiences,technologies and software,Resulting in the first generation of MW-class fans low power generation phenomenon,find out the reasons for low power generation,to explore several measures to improve the power generation,and continue to explore,experiment,optimization,to enhance the efficiency of wind farms purpose.On the basis of summarizing the research results of the existing literature,this paper focuses on the following four aspects:(1)According to the basic conditions of the existing projects,the original topography,the measured wind data and the average annual data of the local meteorological bureau,the theoretical power generation index of the existing wind farms has been calculated.(2)By analyzing the actual power generation and establishing five kinds of scenario models,this paper discusses in depth the influencing factors of the difference between theoretical and actual power generation,and concludes with the urgent need to improve the power generation capability through technological transformation.(3)From a practical standpoint,there are currently four options for increasing the power generation capacity.Based on the principle of safety and economy,we have adopted two schemes of software optimization and installation of a vortex generator to conduct scientific experiments on three turbines.(4)Through the data analysis of 5 months,the results of the test and the results before the test performance verification,get a satisfactory result,Wind turbine power generation capacity increased by 4.47%on average?The wind farm described in this article has some representativeness.The first one represents the characteristics of China's coastal wind farm and the second one represents the characteristics of the former MW-level wind turbines.Under the precondition of ensuring safety and efficiency,the system makes use of minor cost to transform,make full use of local wind resource,realize each control strategy of each fan individually and solve the turbulence on the blade surface to cause the stall,The phenomenon of resource loss,effectively improve power generation capacity.The final verification result also proves the effective method of Variable pitch Turbine Performance Optimization(TPO)and Vortex Ggenerator(VG)installation methods,which can provide certain reference value for the transformation of the old MW-class wind turbine.
