With the progress of science and technology,the power system has developed into a new era of high voltage level and high degree of automation[1].The society's requirements for safe and reliable operation of the power system are gradually increasing.As the demand for electricity increases,the use of large-capacity transformers becomes more and more common.People's requirements for power quality are raised,and the requirements for safe,reliable and stable operation of power transformers are also raised[2].This paper is mainly based on "PDCA" theory[3]to conduct in-depth research on testing technology of power transformer microcomputer protection device.Firstly,this paper studies the "PDCA" theory and the current situation and development of relay protection testing technology,the basic knowledge of power system relay protection,the types of power transformer faults and the working principle of transformer protection[2].Then the purpose,content and method of testing transformer microprocessor-based protection,logical design of protection function of transformer backup protection device and testing theory of microprocessor-based protection device are studied.The logical setting and testing of the protection function of transformer backup protection device are based on the software and hardware equipment of the school microcomputer protection device testing laboratory.The EDCS-81203 transformer backup protection device produced by Chongqing New Century Electric Co.,Ltd.is taken as an example for detailed analysis.The testing principle of protection device mainly studies the operation process management theory,PDCA management theory,ergonomics theory and causal analysis method.This is because the testing technology of microprocessor-based protection devices that I have studied is mainly formed by combining the above theories.Based on the principle of human engineering and many years of testing experience of microcomputer protection devices,this paper analyzes the common problems in transformer protection testing in combination with the principle of man-machine material loop method.Based on the "PDCA" theory,the transformer protection device testing research has been carried out to form a set of scientific and effective testing process of microcomputer protection device,and the curriculum standard and training instruction for microcomputer protection device testing have been compiled.Finally,this paper uses the transformer microcomputer protection testing technology based on "PDCA" theory[4],tests and verifies EDCS-81203 transformer backup protection measuring and controlling device according to the microcomputer protection testing process,and completes the recording and analysis of transformer protection measuring and controlling device debugging results.The test has achieved the expected effect,verified the protection function of transformer microcomputer protection device,and verified the accuracy,rapidity,scientificity and systematicness of EDCS-81203 transformer protection measurement and control device test based on "PDCA" theory.
