| Due to various adverse external factors, reinforced concrete beams cause durability degradation and insufficient bearing capacity, which leads to a series of adverse consequences Repair and reinforcement must be carried out,and durability degradation due to rust is more common.Although many scholars at home and abroad have carried out research on the shear reinforcement of durability-degraded RC beams, various reinforcement theories and corresponding calculation methods have been proposed. However, the current reinforcement theory lacks the theoretical and computational methods that are generally applicable. In addition, this paper also studies the economics of reinforcement and some of the effects of reinforcements on the future, and how to comprehensively evaluate the effects of reinforcement.Based on the above points, the static load failure test of 12 corroded RC beams is carried out.The calculation formula is modified according to the theory proposed by U-shaped stirrups and bonded steel plates, and the shear load of rusted RC beams is strengthened. The force is calculated and the calculated value is verified by the test results The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)On the basis of extensive reading of domestic and foreign literatures, the status quo of RC beam reinforcement and the research status of RC beam shear capacity are reviewed. The status quo of RC beam reinforcement evaluation is introduced.Grasping the current trend of RC beam reinforcement and the latest research results, combined with the durability problems existing in today’s active bridges in China, the objectives of this paper are proposed(2)The difference between the reinforced beam and the unreinforced beam is analyzed by the phenomenon during the static load failure test of the RC beam, and the difference caused by the different reinforcement to the rusted RC beam. The strain, deflection and ultimate shear capacity were collected and compared(3)According to the limit equilibrium theory, the shear bearing capacity of the reinforced RC beam is divided into three parts:concrete, stirrup and reinforcement. The calculation formula of the shear force of the three parts is given respectively. The formula is combined with the results of the test.Reasonable optimization;reasonable evaluation of the technical and economical advantages of the two reinforcement methods proposed in this paper, and a limited multi-objective optimal scheme selection method for future actual reinforcement. |
