| In view of the traditional mobile power’s charging inconvenience,designs a solar mobile power based on HT46R065B,it can display current power of the storage battery and detect the output Whether has a load that can be used as a power supply in outdoors’ electronic product.First of all,this paper analyzes the status of photovoltaic technology and portable mobile power supply,then points out the existing problems and the content of this design.On the analysis of the working principle of solar cells and common battery charging methods,designs a circuit based on CN3065,that present three-phase charging procedure of Constant Current,Constant Voltage and Tiny-Steam Charging;this system uses of protection IC S-8261ABPMD and 8205a makes the system has overcharge and over discharge protection function,so as to prevent the battery from over charge or over discharge and affect its life;the DC-DC circuit based on FP6291 can make the battery’s voltage up to 5V,then through the USB interface to power the load and achieve the power’s function.In the process of charge and discharge,this system can acquisite the battery quantity and display it by MCU;through the output state of USB,it can identify the output automatically and select how to work,make the system intelligence.The experimental results show that the design is reasonable,can effectively use the solar cell to charge the storage battery and store it up,then release to the load when required. |
