High efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection have been important developing directions in lighting industry.As been the most potential new generation illuminant currently,LED has become a hot topic in recent years.Applications in high power LED lighting and backlighting occasions need to use multi-string LED in parallel,current balancing between several LED strings should be considered.The research of Multi-Output LED driver is based on this background.This paper focuses on the circuit of Multi-output LED Driver with series second stage transformers.The first chapter introduces the background and development of LED and the existing current balancing methods of multi-output LED drivers.The second chapter presents a Multi-output LED Driver with series second stage transformers method,and highlights the working principle of this method and the corresponding design parameters.The third Chapter gives the simulation analysis about this current balancing method and determines the feasibility of the program.The fourth chapter introduces the welding and debugging of the circuit of Multi-output LED Driver with series second stage transformers and measures the current balancing rate of three output currents,so as to further confirm that this program is a viable passive current balancing method.The fifth Chapter is the summary and outlook of the research.
