Interior Design Of Su Xiaoxiao Restaurant

Since entering the 21st century,the rapid development of the economy has brought about a major change in people’s consumption concept.As a large country in the catering industry,people have higher and higher requirements for catering consumption.The restaurant is no longer just a place for people to satisfy their appetite,but also a space for people to meet their spiritual pursuit.At present,in order to win out in the fierce competition,caterings are trying their best to discover different specialties and subjects,only to give customers a unique experience.Restaurant design is one of the main bodies to create characteristics.This paper takes how to create a courtyard atmosphere in restaurant design and how to use courtyard space design in restaurant design as the research object.What’s more,on the basis of theoretical research on restaurant design,space experience,space design of courtyard and other angles,combined with practical case analysis and summary,this paper summarizes how to use the space design techniques of courtyard to create specific methods of characteristic restaurants in the space image building of restaurants,and conducts case verification.The paper is divided into four chapters.In introduction,the fierce competition era background of the catering industry is introduced to obtain the necessity of the creation of the characteristic catering space,and the significance,purpose,content and method of the research are summarized.In the second chapter,the concept and significance of the dining space are defined and its development history is summmarized briefly.The dining space is classified,and the image building method of the dining space is described in detail.In the third chapter,the method to create the characteristic space of Chinese restaurants is elaborated in the form of case analysis.Finally,the method to design Chinese restaurants is applied to the spatial design project of Su Xiaoxiao Chinese Restaurant to create a unique dining space.The actual effect of the creation of the traditional courtyard-style characteristic dining space is verified on the basis of the evaluation about restaurants on review websites.
