At present,China's pelagic fishery has begun to rise gradually,and has become one of the world's major large-scale pelagic fishery.Its industrial business scope covers the whole world and is rapidly developing.At the same time the number of pelagic fishing boats has gradually increased with the development of pelagic fishery.Because pelagic fishing boats mainly carry out fishing operations in the open sea,their working environment and nature of work are relatively special,and the sea operation time is long.it is impossible to carry out pelagic operations for a long time depending on their own conditions.So special boats are needed to ensure their normal production and life.The purpose of the pelagic fishery supply ship has achieved this goal.The ship has closely linked the pelagic fishery production and services,and gradually formed a comprehensive supporting production system for replenish-ent,acquisition,refrigeration,fresh-keeping,processing and transportation.It has improved the fishing efficiency of pelagic fisheries and provided a guarantee for the sustainable development of the pelagic fishery economy.This paper studies the route planning of the pelagic fishery supply ships,and constructs the supply route planning model with the minimum resupply transportation cost as the objective function.When constructing the model,the following restrictions are mainly considered:First,when the replenishment ship is in the process of resupply transportation,the fishing boat will continue to fish,and the production and living materials will be gradually consumed,and the catch will gradually increase until it is full.The demand for fishing and living supplies and the amount of catch and unloading depend on the arrival time of the supply boat;Second,the replenishment transportation time of the supply boat will be limited by the consumption of the production and living materials full-capacity time of the pelagic fishing boats.On the one hand,in order to meet the living needs of the fishing personnel,the supply boat must arrive before fishing vessel's production and living materials are exhausted.On the other hand,when the supply ship arrives after the catch is fully loaded,there will be a situation where the fishing boat stops fishing and waits for the supply ship at sea,causing certain losses to the fishing boat.Therefore,in view of the characteristics of the above-mentioned pelagic fishing boats operations,this paper first proposes to establish a penalty cost function based on the mixed time window,the production and living material demand and catch change function to constrain the model to ensure the accuracy of it.Then taking the minimum resupply transportation cost as the objective function,establishing the supply route planning model,and the example is introduced.The changing genetic algorithm is applied to solve this problem,and the applicability and feasibility of the model are verified.Finally,the paper proposes several suggestions to improve the efficiency of China's pelagic fishing replenishment.These suggestions provide a certain guiding significance for the supply and transportation of supply ships.
