Research On Adaptability Evaluation Method Of Pipe Jacking Technology In Beijing Natural Gas Pipeline Construction

In the construction of Beijing gas engineering infrastructure,laying underground pipelines is an important part.However,Beijing’s urban environment is complex and there are many buildings and structures.Therefore,pipe jacking construction is a solution that can solve the problem of gas city pipeline laying.Pipe jacking construction has less damage to public property and existing facilities,less disturbance to the public and traffic,good construction safety,wide adaptability and high precision.It can be constructed quickly,economically and safely,with good social benefits.This paper analyzes the research status of pipe jacking technology at home and abroad and the application status of gas pipe jacking technology in Beijing.The properties and basic principles of pipe jacking are clarified theoretically.According to the characteristics of pipe jacking machine,this paper analyzes the common soil quality,construction conditions,gas design requirements,management factors of the construction unit and other influencing factors in Beijing,and establishes the hierarchical structure model of construction adaptability of natural gas pipe jacking by using analytic hierarchy process.This topic from the natural gas engineering experience and lessons in pipe jacking construction in Beijing area,analysis of many practical engineering cases,explore the construction technology of adaptability,applying the comprehensive evaluation model to simulate the actual engineering adaptability evaluation,this model is verified in the Beijing area of natural gas pipe jacking construction adaptability evaluation effectiveness.According to the evaluation results,the paper provides Suggestions on the selection of pipe jacking method for practical projects,optimically solves the practical problems of natural gas projects in Beijing,provides references for future construction schemes of pipe jacking of natural gas pipelines in Beijing,and promotes the standardized management of pipe jacking construction.
