| Based on the importance of modeling for automobile products and the treasure of modeling talent resources,it is of great significance for HQ to enhance its modeling ability and realize its strategic vision to study and optimize the performance assessment of the modeling creative designers who directly affect the appearance of automobilesThis paper analyzes the current situation of HQ company and the environment of its styling creative designers,and sorts out the problems concerning the performance appraisal system and the implementation and organizational process of its automotive styling creative designers.Then analyze the existing problems and think about the improvement methods,discuss the corresponding countermeasures,and put forward the design scheme of performance evaluation for the creative designer of automobile modeling of HQ company.Then,the important elements in the implementation and organization of performance appraisal should be perfected,the assessment results should be effectively utilized,and the scientific correlation should be established with employees’ personal salary,bonus,promotion and career planning,so as to mobilize the positive initiative of creative designers and enhance their creativity.The purpose of this paper is to find an effective method to apply the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of creative designers of automobile modeling in the management of enterprises scientifically,reasonably and efficiently,so as to boost the development of HQ automobile enterprises. |
