It is universally acknowledged that building an Intelligent distributive network with efficiency and safety is an inevitable trend of development and construction of the national power grid,considering people's demand for power supply reliability of power grids is constantly improving with the continuous ascending of their living standards.In order to improve the reliability of distributive network power supply,Based on the enterprise tenet of People's Electric Industry for the People,Shenyang Power Supply Company built a “customer-centered” modern service system and comprehensively carried out the construction,transformation and application of distributive automation engineering.Since 2018,Shenyang Company has carried out the analysis of the operative monitoring data of the automation system,upgraded the main station of the automation terminal.According to the analysis of characteristics of Shenyang area and rational plans,the terminal construction of distributive automation equipment has been promoted and the distributive automation system has been systematically applied based on the new generation of main stations.Shenyang Power Supply Company plans to complete the automation transformation of all 10 KV lines by the end of 2019.At that time,2133 distributive lines in Shenyang will realize real-time monitoring and control functions.By analyzing the technical requirements for the implementation of power distributive automation system in Shenyang,this thesis starts with the overall structure of the distributive system,and deeply studies the optimization and transformation of the primary grid structure of the distributive automation system in Shenyang and make scientific plans.It starts from the perspective of automated master station,communication network structure,automation terminal construction,etc.,according to the actual situation of large customer volume,complex working environment and sparse load distributive in Shenyang,the operation data analysis of existing automation equipment puts forward higher requirements and provides a strong guarantee for improving the overall reliability of the distributive automation system.Through the transformation in the past two years,the reliability of distributive network automation in Shenyang has increased from 99.86% to 99.96%.The power supply reliability is greatly enhanced as well.
