Modular design is the key technology of the spacecraft on-orbit assembly.Module interface is the key part of being responsible for the transmission of energy and information between modules.In this paper,according to the requirements of mechanical interface design in spacecraft and drawing lessons from foreign research experience,a hook mechanical interface device based on cylindrical cam mechanism is studied.Firstly,the structural design of each component is carried out,and the static simulation analysis of the main bearing parts is carried out.Aiming at the problem of the interface jamming in gravity environment,based on the analysis of the causes,a method of interface failure analysis and optimization design based on Monte Carlo simulation is proposed to optimize the curve groove scheme.At last,the design scheme is validated and analyzed by dynamic simulation and ground test.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the design requirement of modular spacecraft,based on the basic principle of cylindrical cam mechanism,the design scheme of central block curve groove and driving ring curve groove is determined,the structure and dimension parameters of main parts are designed,and the static analysis of main bearing parts is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software.(2)Aiming at the problem of jamming(function failure)in interface devices,a method of interface reliability analysis and optimization design based on Monte Carlo simulation is proposed.Combined with specific cases,based on the proposed method,the influences of driving ring speed,amplitude,bulge size and number of bulges on failure probability are analyzed.Based on the influence,the optimization scheme of curve groove in central block is put forward,and the optimization scheme is simulated and analyzed.The analysis results show that the optimization scheme of the interface device will not fail when the horizontal amplitude of the locking hook is less than 4 mm.(3)ADAMS software is used to simulate the dynamics of the optimization scheme and the original scheme.The simulation results show that the optimization scheme can complete the locking and unlocking functions.Compared with the original scheme,the optimized scheme has more stable motion and less speed fluctuation.The results of validation test,impact test and failure test of the interface mechanism show that the optimized scheme can meet the design requirements of the interface device.The locking and unlocking time is 7.6 seconds,the motion is stable,and the optimized scheme will not fail.
